A very nice place to stay in Diani! Friendly and helpful staff! Good pool area and clean rooms! A little bit far from the central of Diani but there is always a tuk tuk waiting up in the street to take you where you like.

Great place!!

We stayed for three nights in a nice and quiet cottage. The staff was really helpful and friendly. We had minor problems with the water supply but it was promptly fixed. Standard ok but nothing special. 
On the down side is the location. It’s at the end of the road that goes parallel with the beach. The beach closest to us was quite full of litter. Further to the south the beach is wonderful. If you are planning to cook for your self it’s important to know that the nearest supermarket is hardly within walking distance. 

Okay place but a bit off 

The villa we stayed in was large (Flamboyant Villa), with tastefully designed touches, and it is in a nice garden location. The on-site staff were responsive.  Unfortunately, some aspects weren’t in good condition when we arrived and we had to spend time and energy on that. Kitchen pots and pans were dirty, and we had to ask the cleaning woman to clean them up (which she did cheerfully). We had to ask for a toaster and electric tea kettle to be brought. There was no microwave. The kitchen sink was unsightly due to many corroded spots – the whole thing should be replaced.  The kitchen sink faucet was leaking and in such awful condition we asked the staff to replace it, which they did. When we were there the curtains needed to be washed, and some lampshades were dirty.  In some spots in the house, paint was peeling off the walls. One air conditioner didn't work at first, but we appreciated that the staff called in a technician to fix it the same day when we insisted. Also, a window in the upstairs bedroom had no way to close it, meaning the a/c in that bedroom didn't work as well.  And the generator wasn't strong enough to power both a/c units (they are just in the two bedrooms) when the electricity went out (staff said that rarely happens).  Some of the time there was not hot water since that was on a timer.  It’s possible problems were due to coming back from a pandemic shutdown.  I asked for a partial refund, but the owner (off-site) refused.

Big and in garden setting, but needed maintenance

this was an awful place but could have been lovely with a make over.We didn't get the cottage that was pictured and what we had had no proper door just a iron grill door with rag curtain to half cover,animals came in at night and ate food in kitchen also mice and a rat in kitchen left after two nights.Not recommended at all.

not what I wanted

As we approached the gate it took a while until someone opened and as we were waiting we saw a sign that the cottages would be for sale! As someone opened we waited even longer since our room was not prepared at all because they did not expect us. As we got a room, it didn't have a door, just a gate with a mouldy curtain, not even covering 1/3 of the door. The sink didn't have any water and due to the combination of the coasts humidity and the lack of windows and doors everything was wet and mouldy. The place definitely needs to be taken care of.
