Cons: No hot water for shower, cramped space for getting in and out of shower cubicle, and toilet with door and handle in the way, not well designed, two broken knobs on gas cooker, only two worked, with hotel repairman being asked to look at it (after booking) airconditioning cost extra, only fans were free, free parking without any shade, in the heat of sun
Pros: clean spacious living room, sofas and beds, with internet connection and TV, fresh drinking water supplied for duration of stay 


Impressive outside - never judge a book by its cover

Visited the place with my family this past weekend we had booked through airbnb. Stayed for 3 nights in a 2 bedroom apartment that was spacious but the showers have low pressure and take a while to warm up,all rooms are air conditioned which is great considering if was very hot.There were no mosquito nets in the second bedrooms,we'd booked for a certain number of people but there weren't enough beddings for the rest we had to incur an extra cost to get bedsheets.The building has a lift and is right next to the public beach which is good for walking in the morning but over crowded later in the day. The pool is not so bad but there was only one poolside bed. After a swim on Friday we ordered some french fries that took over 90 minutes to be ready,wait staff weren't very friendly at all and they were outright rude. 

Quite average but watch out for....

Value for money...lovely rooms, clean pool. Restaurant food is awesome and freshly made. Excellent location. Word of caution-they dont wash your dishes. Abit more on customer service would bring it to a 5star rating.

Leisure visit

The rooms have good lighting and all are fitted with an AC and also a fan. This are some of the most spacious apartments available on the North Coast and the prices are also very fair. The kitchens are all fitted with a fridge, cooker, oven and microwave.  There is also a laundry area provided with a washing machine. 

To ensure the best views, get an apartment on the higher floors though it looks like all apartments have a view of the swimming pool and beach. The restaurant has fair prices although they sell no alcohol. If you would like to take some wine or beer, you would have to purchase it at Naivas or Nakumatt which are just 2.3 Kilometers away. 

An uber ride costs you around Kes 150 equal to approximately 1.5USD from Naivas. Other modes of transport such as Matatu, Tuktuk and traditional taxi are also available, though I would recommend use of Uber as they are the most convenient, professional and also cost effective. I used them on most occasions including from the airport where their cost is half traditional cabs.

The area also has many other activities to keep you engaged through out.
