Greatly enjoyed this stay. Big resort up in the hills offering a great view of the city out the windows. The room was big and comfortable. For dinner, we ordered the special set dinner for two which was fantastic with great service. For breakfast, it was a buffet but great nonetheless. The onsens were spacious with multiple pools.The only negative, which was a big one, was the self laundry facilities. The four machines looked modern but they weren’t. Firstly, four machines for a hotel of this size is inadequate. Worse, the dryers didn’t dry. People had their clothes in there for an hour and they were still pretty wet. We ended up having to abandon ship after midnight and went to a local laundromat the next day. They need to upgrade these machines!
