Stayed here for 2 days in September. Very hot and humid around this time of year
Lobby and rooms had decent airCon. 
Reception staff helpful and speak small amounts of english, there also is a gift shop on ground floor. 
We booked this hotel purely because of location (near the tram station and central shopping area). 
Rooms - small, but expected for japan. The rooms are slighly dated, and the rooms could be a bit cleaner - there was lot of dust around the toilet / bedside cabinets. 
Only negative point I will make, which is why I have 4 stars, is that we required them to help us make some restaurant reservations, we contacted them multiple times via email and never got a reply. They were happy to help us when we were staying there, but the lack of communication via email was a bit disappointing.

Mid price hotel - location is the biggest plus, rooms are average for japanese standard

Stayed there for 4 days & the hotel is small (typical size of Japanese hotel so not a complaint).  Really appreciate the good customer service provided by the hotel staff who try their best to communicate with a foreigner like me & provide the best help that they can provide.  Special thanks to Hamabata-san & Wanatani-san for their great help.  

It really adds credit to this hotel.  Will recommend to stay at this hotel.  

Good customer service

The hotel is rather popular with business travellers as it seemed. It is centrally located near China town and that means a lot of food outlets. It is also within walking distance to shopping streets, and seaside.

Convenient and value for money

A good hotel for a couple, the rooms are small but sufficient since we were visiting the city all day. It is clean and al necessities are provided (coffee, water cooker, towels and bath utensils etc).

Good hotel 

"長崎くんち"の時期ということでかなり混み合ってましたが、中華街に隣接していて観光するにはちょうど良い立地でした。
建物は古く部屋も若干狭めですが近隣ホテルと比べてリーズナブルな価格帯です。1階のレストランも安くて手軽で、朝のバイキングも長崎の名物がふんだんに盛り込まれおすすめです。
残念なのがフロントの人達に笑顔がなく疲れ切った表情で受付されていてちょっと嫌な印象を受けました、受付はホテルの顔という自覚と教育が必要だと思い、評価をやや下げました。

located near Chinese town, easy to access each sightseeing spots in nagasaki city.  also comparably reasonable price from others. restaurant on 1st floor and breakfast buffet have various local dishes, also not so expansive.
it is just regrettable, got impression reception was unfriendly and no hospitality.



出張からの小旅行 short trip

We had a very pleasent experience with the receptionist staff at this hotel. Extremely welcoming. Good English. Offered us umbrellas for the dodgy weather. Always smiling and polite. I wish I remember his name but greatings such as this on check in can make an average room more acceptable and I think in this case it did.
