A warm and friendly welcome. We came by car and parking was charged at 1000 yen /day, right under the hotel with my allocated place waiting with my name on it. If arriving by train, it's a few minutes walk. We got to choose our pillows in reception, pick up our pyjamas and some extra toiletries from the cabinet (face masks, hair treatments etc) to add to the basics in our room The room was small with a moulded plastic bathroom unit, but was exceptionally clean and very functional. Kettle, cups, hairdrier, fridge and very good WiFi. Trying very hard to be eco-friendly. A surprise was that there was a very acceptable self-service free breakfast. Slight problem was that service finished at 8.30, we got there at 8.00 and quite a few items were gone and not being replaced. You snooze, you lose! We were very happy in this hotel and it was superb value for money. Highly recommended
