We treated ourselves to a night at the Mizno hotel after staying the night before in a Mount Fuji hut and are so glad we stayed here. The Mizno completely made up for the difficulties of the night on the mountain. The hotel is charming and luxurious at the same time. We soaked our aching legs in the rooftop hot tub, which was very restorative, and we were able to do laundry in their facilities, too (so helpful after the hike). The outdoor deck was a great place to relax and recharge. We enjoyed a delicious, bountiful dinner and breakfast in the restaurant. What a lovely place to stay. Domo arigato!
