What was good

I did appreciate the aesthetics of the property- beautiful landscaping, large room (double Junior suite w/Queen beds), nice furnishings, modern bath rooms.

What was bad

Wait times at the restaurant was 2 hours. There were not enough towels for two guests and no bathrobes in the room which led me to believe the room had not been serviced even though we checked in late and informed the hotel ahead of time. Check in and check out were lengthy. At check in we were offered beverages but not at check out. The whirlpool spa tub was not operational.
