I went here with my husband in august and we stayed in the village for 2 weeks. At the first I want to speak about the reception: a very very disappointment, because NO ONE knowed English and this is a very shame (infact we spoke English only with animation's group). Another problem was Mrs Anna, the manager of reception: rude, incompetent (she could speak only two words in english) and conceited. 
At the second there is the restaurant: we spent a lot of money for the courses that were so poor.
At the end there is the animation's group of rdsworld: even if  the village has a lot of rules ( for example beach soccer forbidden cause inspire violence and hate(not true) or the music that couldn't go any further the 23.30) Andrea, Martina, Carmen and Vanessa were able to give us an holiday full of fun. They are the true soul of the village and don't look at the reviews that speak bad about them. Great work guys I hope that we will meet in the future another times!

HOLIDAY WITH FUN

It's difficult to give a unique evaluation. Coming from Tuscany the year before we can just say the sea is fantastic and perfect for kids. On top of that it' half of the price in short with good value for money. Fantastic the restaurant inside the village with a fantastic view on the sea and mainly during sunset. In general clean and well maintained. I will come back for sure next year, the kids want that. I'm only wondering why the small house are so basic, some more attention for that and would be perfect. Anyway just advise it

Not unique vote

Lovely medium village for families.
Several single house apartments located directly on the shore, or in the small shady hood (Pineta).
Kids can go everywhere without any risk.
One can easily get used to spend all the time within the village, as it has everything one may need.
Amazing and romantic restaurant directly facing the sea.
The real plus is the surf center located directly within the village (the spot is not for beginners, being a little bit too wavy), so you don't have to fight with your wife to get an hour of fun.

Drawback: internet doesn't work basically at all here.
No electronic payments are allowed ( !?!)

Dream location for addicted surfers with families

My wife Penelope our niece Ruby and I we spent recently five fabulous days in Cala Azzurra  a slice of paradise just ten minutes about of Vieste; an authentic hidden treasure of hospitality difficult to find but then.....woohhhh! What a place ! A beautiful residence very reasonable with a private beach ; thanks to the ladies of the reception And Rafael without forgetting the beautiful staff of the restaurant very professional and helpful our holidays were just fantastic !Thanks to all of you!
