Couldn't gain access to property for over 30 minutes when arrived. Had to call international number for the owner to call someone on site to let us in. No mosquito nets on any windows despite saying  they have them in property description. Ukrainian guy on site said I should go and buy mosquito tablets at the supermarket  opposite (5 Euros).. and use the plug in machine. No aircon in 30 degrees so had to open windows then you got bitten by mosquitos.2 small sachets of washing  up liquid to last 4 days ! No kettle/toaster/teatowels/ barely hot water to shower.  The whole place smelt damp and musky it triggered my husbands asthma attack! Dirty shower tray/fridge and freezer. Dirty saucepans in cupboard, no cereal bowls. Outside of the building had damp patches and mould. Patio furniture rusty and unkempt. The local dog ran into the property and went straight to the downstairs bedroom which smelt doggy and unclean. Obviously that is where it stayed when not property rented out ! Broken mirror in bathroom, dangerous overloading of plugs. Very old TV...very weak wifi (states wifi is very good!) Dogs barking for most of the night..
I checked out of this nightmare place after 1 night. This place is not fit to be rented out ! It is a health hazard!  Avoid at all cost ! I told Booking.com about the state and got a full refund.  Bit worried they are still advertising it on their site though!
The pictures on this site bears no resemblance  to the condition  our apartment was in September 2022. The access to the apartment is down a very steep incline, a bit tight if you have a wide or low powered car to get up it to exit the property.  
Not a very pleasant place to stay..

I'm not sure where the one who said the incline is too steep is from but that is far from reality.  Italo was terrific and the most hospitable host ever. The room had an incredible view and the location was perfect for trips to the Amalfi coast and to Pompeii and Naples.

Itati the manager of Casale Del Noci is such a kind a beautiful person he opened his heart to us and helped us so much during our 6 day stay in Vico Equense 

He helped us with our washing and made sure all of the issues were fixed and made us apart of the greater family in the area

If you love the countryside and the slower pace away from the hustle and bustle of the main areas of Sorrento then this is the place for you

However you will need transportation as it’s not on any public transport routes

Even so Itali we’ll help you out as much as he can



Beautiful people beautiful area but you need a car

Excellent place to stay, don't worry about the incline its italy our little toyota yaris had no problem with the entrance, italio the owner couldn't of been more helpful, (2 person studio in a rustic setting ) he told us all the best places and towns to visit and the cheapest way's to get around.
 There is a tardis style supermarket just up the drive, they have everything you need including a smiley owner who treads his own wine and sells it to the public Delicious.....
  The roads are windy bit again its southern italy, all the roads are narrow and wind around the gorgeous scenery. 
 Dont bother with Capri totally underwhelmed with the island save your 93 euro and do BOTH pompeii and Hercalanium. But if you want to go to capri take the ferry from seiano beach camp site (45 pp ) next to the carpark, not the little booth on seiano front ( 90 euro pp )
Eat at the aeuqa restaurant on seiano fron for the breath taking sunset.
All in all excellent service excellent stay lovely people.

Perfect little hide away.

We stayed at Casale le Noci for 5 nights in Apr 2018. Our large group of 16 people (including kids) used 4 rooms. 

The accommodation is very functional with large rooms, comfortable beds and nicely equipped kitchen. Parking is plentiful and while steep, our minivan had no issues getting in and out.

The location is perfect for the region and we had a great time touring Sorrento, Amalfi towns, Pompeii and Napoli. 

Most importantly, Italo who manages the place is the ultimate hosts. We've all grown to expect our hosts to ab attentive and promptly respond when we need extra towels, adjusting the AC level or providing a good restaurant recommendation. Italo, of course, will do all of these but really went so far beyond to make our stay pleasant that I feel it's worth sharing. Over the 5 days of our stay, Italo was always there to help. When we asked him to print our ferry tickets, he explained that the tickets need to be picked up from the ferry office and that he'll go there first thing the next morning and stand in line for us so we don;t have to. The next day, when we stayed out late for dinner and our cars got locked in the parking garage, he did multiple trips to pick us up from the train station and drive us to the villa. He was there to anticipate every possible obstacle and address it so that our experience is as pleasant as can be.

Travelling is not just the places you see but the people you meet. If you;re considering spending time in this area, do yourself a favor and let Italo host you in his lovely villa and warmest hospitality.

Great experience at the lovely Casale le Noci

Was not able to access property due to extremely steep incline to apartment. Our vehicle would have has great difficulty going down slope and absolutely would have been unable to get back up again..have never seen such a steep access. We viewed property to see if any other suitable access or parking that was near and suitable. There was not so had to go and find other nearby accommodation.Informed owners of this problem and they of course said parking was no problem. So we have lost over  £200 as they refused to refund even tho out of season and informed them before our actual check in time as we were actually there early. Do not book this property if you have anything other than a very powerful small car or if you have any mobility problems or have any problem with steep access and very high up in hills along windy narrow roads.
