Residence Villa Giada

We stayed here for two weeks in June 2012 and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Clean, well furnished, stunning views and magnificent gardens set into the hills surrounding Lake Garda. There are 7 apartments in the residence, all with their own balcony overlooking the lake and self-catering facilities, very private and extremely quiet. Not only did we love our stay here, we have also made very good friends with the owner Isabel who we continue to keep in contact with. We will defiantly be back sometime in the next couple of years. The town Torri Del Benaco is a short walk away (albeit down a hill, which can be quite hard to tackle on the way back up when you've had a lot of food and drink!) and from the town, virtually the whole of Lake Garda can be accessed, whether this is by ferry or bus. Torri Del Benaco is a beautiful, authentic Italian town, well worth a visit even if you're not staying there, as are many other towns around the lake, such as Sirmione and Malchesnie. The apartment was clean and well furnished. Isabel made our stay memorable through her kindness and great hospitality. The pool is small however due to there not being many apartments it is always relatively empty which means we could spend full days down there without being disturbed by noises etc. The weather was fantastic too, well worth a visit!
