611 reviewsExcellent cost-benefit! The room was neat, clean and very comfortable. We were very well received and looked after by the staff (my thanks to Max for the attention!). Communication in the days prior to checkin was also excellent! The building is very close to the metro and Roma Termini station. Even so, on most days we were walking to the center of Rome. Although the DEM doesn’t serve breakfast and dinner, the area is very well served by snack bars and restaurants (recommend the Aquila Nera pizzeria which is on the same street) and markets (Mercato Centrale Rome 200 meters away). At the reception there is a coffee machine that can be used free of charge by guests. The room had a minibar, TV, air conditioning and a closet with a safe. The bathroom was large and had no problems with water temperature as per other users reports. Towels were changed every day and the consumables (shampoo, conditioner, soap) were replenished. Internet (Wi-Fi) was always fast and stable. They stored our bags free of charge even after checkout.
