Living in a historic building in the heart of Recanati is priceless! A fine jewelry in every detail. The rooms furnished with antique furniture. Sure, the bathrooms are a bit backwards, but honestly I would have found super modern amenities out of place in a similar structure. The common areas and the garden are charming. Breakfast offers everything: cakes from a well-known cookie company, but still of quality. Salads, cheeses, marmalades. Then honestly I'm curious to see what people eat who have had the chance to challenge breakfast! But what tends to this place is the unique extreme kindness and courtesy of the owner, who is able to feel practically at home. To come back for sure, you'll be happy.

It's just wonderful.

We were in this facility in early September, having contacted the owner who said I would prefer the romantic room before arrival, I was told that it was busy but that she would move the other occupants to another one. When I arrived she told me that it was not possible and I had the Alessandra Suite that apart from the fact that she had one more room to call the suite is too...old and fat furniture, dirt on the floor and a bathroom from the room, besides the smell of humidity.

Overvalued

It's a very well-maintained historic house. A beautiful garden. Located very close to the center. Interior parking. Large, bright and air-conditioned rooms. Our bathroom wasn't in the room but it was private and the floor was ours. Good breakfast buffet. Everyone is very kind! Very recommended!

Charming place.

This place is a charm, time-bound, beautiful, neat and special, so beautiful that even some little details I like like like kitch like crazy, the view from our room is spectacular, we're really in love, we're still in Latvia, and we plan when we'll be back, impeccable service, breakfast definitely worth checking out.

I'm still here, and I can't wait to get back.

Beautiful and out of the weather in the centre of Recanati, where we were warmly welcomed. A wonderful view from the garden. The rooms are very neat in detail and you can breathe the whole history of the palace.

Enchanted place!

It's in an excellent location to access the historic center of Recanati, since it's a historic building, the furnishings are consistent and it's right that it's so. However, there's no lack of air conditioning and Wi-Fi.

Historic building

Palazzo Dalla Casapiccola is a wonderful structure. Located in Recanati in the historic center, two steps from the palazzo Leopardi; it is very comfortable to admire everything the village offers. Old house purchased by the grandson of the current owner, was born as a residence for the clergy visiting the neighboring Loreto. For about twenty years it has been used in B&B. The view on the hill of the infinito and the well-groomed Italian garden are the flower at the top of this structure which, however, in my opinion, is a bit glass.

Ancient whims

Recanati is a city full of history and poetry, the palazzo Dalla Casapiccola an oasis, with a beautiful garden, quiet rooms with ancient charm, a pleasant breakfast, and the very classy and natural welcome of Anna-Maria.

Calmness and class

We stayed for two nights. Our bedroom was huge, very confortable with a/c, high ceilings and wonderful antique furniture, a true historical palace converted to B&B
Breakfast, both sweet, with home made cakes and jams, and savoury, served in the garden if the weather permits or in a beautiful room. 
Next to the garden a small spa with sauna and jacuzzi
Free parking included
Mrs. Anna Maria and her husband were very helpful host always ready to assist with suggestions.

Reasonable price / quality.

Excellent

We just spent a couple of days in this location. We were already convinced by previous reviews and the site. But in person it is even better! Staying in a historic home is not an everyday thing, in a wonderful location overlooking the Hill of Infinity, with a garden worthy of the most famous Italian villas. Strategic position, both for the parking and for the proximity to the leopard places. The reception turned out to be excellent, both from the staff but above all from the hostess, Countess Anna Maria, who welcomes you as a friend, showing care and attention in everything.
