I stayed with my family in this property at the end of August. The location is excellent, just a few steps from the beautiful Biodola beach. The property is a bit old but well maintained and the room is clean. The view of the Bay of Biodola is amazing. The restaurant eats very well even though it would serve more varieties on the paper meat dishes. The hotel has private covered parking. The pizzeria included in the property is comfortable.

A lovely vacation.

We stayed at the Casa Rosa Hotel for 8 days at the end of August. What can we say? We found ourselves very well. The hotel overlooks the Bay of Biodola, which with great pleasure we could see every single morning from our room with sea view. Room quite comfortable, with a wonderful view perhaps a little to refurbish because it would give even more... good cleaning. As for the restaurant we enjoyed the service half-pension, the quality of products indisputable as the professionalism of the staff. The only fault is the choice of dishes called by voice and not with sheets to be filled... it is difficult to fill out a pleasant one. Really clean pool service, always clean and with spectacular view.

Vacation with sea view.

Let's start by saying that whoever comments negatively, or is accustomed to Hilton, or is better off not leaving his house.... It is a great hotel, in a beautiful bay, with exceptional staff (from reception, to the dining room, to the ladies of the cleaning to the bathers: all high profile professionals: polite, available, courteous and attentive), impeccable cleaning, excellent cuisine and really very varied (in 14g never the same dishes for dinner) and of absolute quality.

Good morning, I was at the pink house with my husband and two kids and I found a whole different hotel than the photos on the site.

It's a bad stay.

I went to Casa Rosa in July of this year with some friends and I was wonderful!!!!! The structure is nice, the location is superlative!!!! The maitre together with all the kids in the room were fantastic, their kindness together with the superb kitchen, they are worth the cost of the holiday!!!! I would come back tomorrow too!!! Super recommended 😊😊

Star vacation

Excellent experience, sure to be repeated... Family with two children aged 6 and 8 years. A well-organized and structured, clean and ordered hotel. Quality and well-managed buffet lunch, nothing is missing: two first and two second hot to choose from and then a wide selection of simple and good cold dishes... fresh fruit and always excellent Macedonian... Great dinner, with choice for all tastes, especially always of quality!

Great experience, to repeat!

Location Biodola very nice but the hotel by quality/price vote 4. The small room with difficulty passing the suitcase, the small and malfunctioning bathroom, presented at the reception but for a week forced to have the toilet unloading from the shower the trash can. The good to eat but for those who do not eat fish like us little choice and monotonous. On arrival at the reception a nice but unpacked and unprepared girl, but better you than the other coffee shop of which I don't remember the name. The small pool and to get a ticket. After dinner if you don't do km, the hotel has no kind of entertainment.

I'm not used to making negative reviews but unfortunately this hotel only offers a nice view and a nice beach. It's a real shame because with a nice renovation it wouldn't have anything to envy the other 2 most famous and expensive hotels in the Locality. The room that was assigned to us certainly had a great view and luckily the restored bathroom but the room in itself was old with recovery furniture is the air conditioning that didn't refresh. Very standard restoration, dinner snacks practically nonexistent if you put 4 types of raw vegetables in an approximate way without the main dishes infamy and without praise.

Only the location

Great solution for both staying relaxed on the wonderful beach in front of you, and for going to new beaches or locations. Restaurant, with quality food and excellent matches, excellent waiter service, a perfect mix of kindness, availability and friendliness! The rooms are quite spacious, and super clean or orderly, and this is great thanks to the excellent work of Mrs. Franca, very kind and with endless patience with families and children who enjoy hiding towels 😉.

The only good thing is the location, nice but insufficient staff, rooms in need of renovation, outdated and non-functioning air conditioners, towels that look like cardboard, poor kitchen, very, very poor breakfast.
