I absolutely enjoyed my stay at this charming B&B.  I stayed 5 nights in the Muschio Bianco suite which consisted of a large bedroom, full bathroom, kitchenette, and small living room inside a Trulli roofed house (which is a typical housing structure of the Puglia region).  The host, Giulia, was a great host, very warm and friendly (she also created some of the nice art located/hung throughout the B&B).  She made me feel at home.  The family, which stayed next to the suite, was quite delightful as well.  

There was breakfast provided according to pretty much whatever you ask for (eggs, delicious jam-filled croissants, toast, etc.) which you can eat inside the cozy living room or outside in the nice flower-filled courtyard with a small running fountain (which is pleasant to hear and provides a soothing feeling to the place).  There is a terrace area on the roof where you can lounge next to the Trulli roof structure typical of the region.  

There is ample parking within the B&B.  It's location was a great jump-off point for me to get to know Noci (where B&B is located) and take quick day/night trips to other small picturesque towns in the Puglia region: Monopoli (35 min.), Polignano a Mare (40 min), Alberobello (15 min), Castellana Grotte caves (25 min).

All in all this was a awesome and relaxing experience at a great price.

Relaxing and Charming B&B in Puglia that makes you feel at home

This is my second stay at La Cascata in Noci, Puglia.  The first time I stayed, I was with a partner, this time I visited alone. 
First off, Noci is conveniently on the FSE (Ferrovie Sud Est) railway, so if you arrive in Bari or Brindisi without a car, fear not, the trains are frequent and very cheap! (Bari-Noci €4.20 journey time apx 1hr 15mins).   
Giulia, the owner of La Cascata, will meet you at the station in Noci (the station is very small, no getting lost!).  The B&B Cascata is situated, twenty minutes walk from the Station, or a five minutes drive, on the south side of the city.  
The first time I stayed at La Cascata, I stayed in a double room, upstairs, in the main house. The room had an ensuite bathroom. Breakfast was served in the Breakfast room, facing the garden.  La Cascata has a very homely and warm atmosphere and Giulia and her family will welcome you. 
My second and current stay, was situated in the Matrimoniale Suite.  This has a large double bedroom, with four poster bed, and a kitchenette area, which also contains two single beds. The Kitchenette has a fridge / freezer, a Calor Gas two ring hob and a hot and cold sink and storage cupboard.  There is a large work surface to sit and eat at  or you can sit and eat outside at the back, where you might make friends with the hens! 
Breakfasts are more or less what you ask for.  I chose just to have bread and croissants and I bought my own additions.  But fruit, bread, croissants, jam, honey, butter, coffee tea and juice are all available, along with cheese and cooked meats. 
Buying food and sundries is easy, walk 6 minutes up the road and there is a Cash and Carry (large convenience store) on the left, which you can buy most of your consumption needs, plus some hardware. Bring with you a couple of hessian, rope handled, shopping bags to Carry your stuff comfortably.   The store has a delicatessen for fresh meats and cheeses and the fruit and vegetables are awesome! The store is open early in the morning to midday, when it closes for siesta and reopens at around 4pm. It stays open until at least 9pm.
The rooms at La Cascata are modern, very comfortable, with tiled floors and floor mats and decorated in themes.  The room I'm in now (June 2015) is called Safari and, when you enter, it becomes obvious why! 
Both the rooms and bathrooms are spotlessly clean and are maintained that way, with regular cleaning, towel changes and bed linen changes. Bathrooms have a shower (removable handle) toilet, bidet and basin. There's a towel rail and shelving. Remember Italian plumbing is not the same as the UK, so don't flush non destructible items, put them in the bin provided! 
In August, it tends to be very hot, so you may need to ask for an electric fan. In June, it's a really nice climate - warm with a breeze during the day and cooler at night, so no need for the fan. 
A very useful thing at La Cascata is that double glazing is fitted - not really for noise, but the outer windows have insect nets fitted to all of them.  This allows you to have the windows open, without the worry of mosquitos and other bugs invading you.  As a precaution, this time, I used plug in insect repellent (Jungle Formula) but I hasten to add  that I didn't see one mosquito!  In August, there may be more of a problem with insects.  
La Cascata has a big garden, which you will, no doubt, share with the hens (curious creatures!) but, of course, the upside is you'll get fresh eggs! The garden is secured all around and the main gate is electronic with a remote unit, Attached to your keyring. This allows you to come and go whenever you please. 
All rooms are non smoking, to comply with Italian law.  All rooms contain a table, chairs, spacious wardrobe and drawer units. There are mirrors too, along with a hair dryer. 
Please remember, Italy has a two pin and three pin electrical plug system, so when buying adapters, check they are meant for Italy.  The voltage is 220v AC and there are an adequate amount of sockets in the bedrooms, kitchens and bathrooms. 
Value for money?  Definitely!  Just ask Giulia for a price for your stay.   
I should also mention Giulia only speaks Italian, so brush up on your Italian and make use of Google Translate!  Saying that, if her son or daughter are there, they speak a little English. 
I booked by email direct with Giulia  which worked fine, but in peak periods book well in advance to avoid disappointment! 
Noci is definitely not a beach resort, so don't expect sand and sea, but take a train to Alberobello and a bus to Fasano and the coast line is your oyster!  Noci is not for clubbers either. Please don't come here if you're idea of heaven is getting drunk!  You'll end up in the hands of the Caribineiri!  
Noci is a beautiful town in the Puglia Region and offers a lot of entertainment, along with many cafes restaurants and a few bars.  It's also very historic and for people interested in the quiet life, away from the Ibizas, Mallorcas, Costa Bravas and Rhodes of this world, it's an idyllic setting.  
You can only fall in love with Noci and it's wonderful people.

The most relaxing stay you could want....

I stayed at La Cascata for 4 days during the weekend. Room was clean and nicely decorated, it gives me the atmosphere of vacation definitely makes me relax and enjoy the trip. The bathroom was very clean and you can ask her for shampoo and stuffs if you need. There were a lot of handmade and interesting paintings/photos in the room, and they are all decorated from the host Giulia. The host Giulia was a lovely woman who would help me everything if I needed, and she was very friendly and makes me feel like home.  They have free Wi-Fi and spaces for parking and the location is very close to the Noci train station . The breakfast was amazing, If you want to come to Puglia to experience the lifestyle of the people here you should definitely choose La Cascata. I will definitely come back ! 

Puglia意大利南部有很多纯朴又漂亮的小镇，如果你想来深入当地居民的生活， la cascata是一个很好的选择。 这家b&b的主人是一个很可爱热情的南部妈妈，里面每一个房间的装饰品和墙上挂着的画和照片都是她一个人手工做和设计的，不同的房间有不同的主题，南部妈妈真的很用心也很真诚招待你。 Wifi很流畅，房间很漂亮简洁，厕所很干净，窗户的光线很足往外看可以看到后花园的花草，这个location离noci火车站也很近大概10分钟吧，租车去别的小镇玩也很方便。早餐很丰盛新鲜，有时候妈妈自己手工做意大利面也会邀请你去吃午餐，绝对推荐这家B&B !

THE BEST B&B IN PUGLIA

I stayed at La Cascata from the 10th-15th July. It was a memorable experience, fresh and delicious breakfast daily under the cool garden, ample parking space and lovely hosts. I wish I had stayed in a trulli for the traditional experience.
