This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them on site. Please note that full payment of the booked stay is due on arrival. When settling the bill, the property will accept cash only. A surcharge of EUR 40 applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
