The Guest House is located about 500m from Sligo town centre, so an easy walk.
The Guest House itself is very dated looking, our double room was clean and the bed quite comfortable but the room definitely needs updating. 
Staff were friendly but I was disappointed that there wasn't a cooked breakfast, just cereals, breads, fruits etc.

Good Location

Amazing place, room was spotless and very comfortable. There serve continental breakfast which was delicious. So close to the city center. The owner was so nice, helpful and kind. Highly recommend this place.

Amazing place 

We had a lovely double room just as you walk into the main door, very clean the little extras were very good ie big bottle water, biccie with tea and coffee dish, hairdryer, plugs by bed, breakfast was good value, variety of cereals, fruits, meats, cheese , pancake croissants then traditional cooked irish with toast. Very good value for money, staff very friendly would definitely recommend.

The room was clean, the Irish breakfast not cooked in the morning and was prepared a night before. My friends ate  asian food in the dining area, the lady owner/staff said to them that the food they are eating smells not good, why don’t she shut up and sounds she’s like a racist because there guest is not only locals but people coming from different parts of the world.

2 nights 

We had a very pleasant stay at this b&b. The place is beautifully decorated with lots of lovely touches. The room we were in was described as a small double and we thought it was a very generous size. On check in we found the owner to be friendly and charming. He gave us lots of good local recommendations. There was also a great selection for breakfast. They have thought of everything and I would highly recommend this place which is just a short walk to the centre of town.

A charming guest house

Well, that's what it was - a B&B near the centre of town -  but I couldn't say much else about it . There was no friendly welcome from the owner (as I had experienced the night before in a lovely friendly B&B in Tulsk, Co.Roscommon. The breakfast was adequate but again, no communication. And then, since we had booked and prepaid by Booking.com, there was nobody to wish us bon voyage as we left.

A quick glance at the pics will explain. Revolting. The selection of hair gathered around the bathroom & bedroom provided a detailed but unwelcome history of the guests over the past year or two. 
The floor in the bedroom & bathroom compared unfavorably to the inside of a poorly kept cattle truck. 
When checking out I brought all of this to the attention of the owner (I presume): “sure I suppose you’re lookin for money back, that’s why people complain”. I didn’t get any money back. 
I had paid the €50 on checking in when he said “will a continental breakfast do ya?” There was a smell of fry in the morning but I wouldn’t chance it. 
On the upside the mismatched bed linen brought back fond memories of the home of an elderly bachelor neighbor who passed away when I was a child in the 70s. 

Not for the faint hearted - hopefully I didn’t catch anything. 

Disgusting 

What looked like a plain old hotel gave us quite a surprise inside. The management was lovely. The room was clean and neat and warm. The bathroom was great with a nice warm shower. We were asked the night before what we’d like for breakfast and at what time we’d like it. Bright, cheery breakfast room. Lots of additional choices. 
It’s a bit of a walk to town but quite doable. Plenty of parking. And the price was reasonable. What more could you ask for!

Lovely Surprise 

Our room was basic but comfortable. The stay was good though because the people were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a nice selection which was great. The room was clean and welcoming. Lovely bread selection for breakfast. Thankyou
