Even with it extremely a busy hotel due to elf town, the staff were amazing. The dinner was perfect, lovely tasty risotto and beef. The desert was a slight let down but understandable when it was so busy and we we one of the latter sittings. Wait staff very understanding of my partner’s allergies in taking our order. Bedroom was extremely comfortable with a very large bed and good quality linen stock with all essentials. Breakfast was without doubt amazing! The choice of gluten free items was unbelievable. My partner knows exactly where to bring his coeliac mother in Galway to stay. Great choice in both cold and hot buffet.
