Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform The Woodquay Hostel in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Property asks for every guest to provide valid photo ID featuring date of birth on arrival. For group bookings of 4 people or more, full payment may be requested up to7 - 14 days in advance of arrival. . For these group bookings, a fully refundable security cash deposit of EUR 25 per person may be required. For apartments, this may be a cash deposit of EUR 200. This will be returned on the day of departure once all house rules are abided by. Please note that guests aged 0–18 years are not permitted to stay in dorm rooms.
