Were in Dublin twice during our holiday., and visited here several times. We sat up by the bar and chatted with Mike the friendly bartender. We tried a lot of different beer. I loved the Fransiscan Well pale ale and McGargles ale best of all. Mike was quick to offer samples, by samples I mean littles glasses of beer for tasting. I wanted to try a cider, so he poured me several to try. They were all delicious, but I did choose. We did have the Guiness ale steak pie twice. It came with a delicious puff pastry top, root vegetables and Irish soda bread. This was scrumptious. You just needed to eat all that dark rich gravy! I also enjoyed a bowl of seafood chowder, a creamy soup filled with generous portions of a variety of seafood. Once again a thick slice of hearty bread and butter. Our only disappointment was, although there is usually live music, because it was a quieter time of year, they did not host it. So, we did not get to experience this! 

O'Sheas Irish pub with great atmosphere and foòd! Need to try the Guiness steak pie!

Went on consecutive nights and had a fab time both nights. Live music, good staff and a great atmosphere. Only ate the second night but the food was fantastic and well priced. Will definitely return when next in Dublin. 

Great venue

Great atmosphere,  a very varied menu to suit all tastes, food was excellent, service with a smile 😊 do try the Chowder and the Beef & Guinness pie 🥧 .. next time in Dublin City we definitely will call again.

Great Menu

Didn't stay here but ate here twice.  The food was great both times.  The fish and chips is insane,  only one piece of fish but we joked that it was actually a shark as it was so big. Had the prawns in chili oil the other time and they were super nice about toning down the heat on it for me. Literally the only thing I can say bad is that they encouraged us to come back for the show at night and the seats were filled so early we couldn't get one.

Great food

Nice place with polite stuff but the menu had nothing special, the prices were not reasonable and we didn't enjoy our meal. I wouldnt recommend it, there are other better places in Dublin to have a meal.

Nothing special

Me and my partner have been coming to dublin for 3 years now. We always come here. The staff are friendly the pub is fun and pints well priced. And seriously people need to check out beer garden just updated! Good place love it.

Love this place

Popped in for a quick pint and some food ended up staying well into the early hours of the morning  !! 
Staff are really friendly  and set me a tab without  even asking  if I wanted one ,when I said what if I don't pay ?? The bar bar man said its alright mate I know what room your in I asked him which one and he laughed and said well I know it's not here !!!
brilliant sence of humour .
James and Graham seem to be the resident musicians and they are amazing and really  appreciate  audience participation, the limerick love song had me in stitches. 
The food is very good and so is the price , the Guinness is quality and a jameson chaser compliments it completely 
The staff are friendly and helpful and the pub is clean and tidy 
We will definitely  revisit on our return

Live music and good food

Only went for food there. The service was amazing, the food was outstanding. Live music on both nights we went. Great friendly staff and they were brilliant with my little girl. It's a quirky place with great decor, there's always something new to see. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Absolutely amazing pub, so friendly and welcoming, everyone is up for a crack with a good sense of humour and the most amazing scrambled eggs I’ve ever had! Can’t come to Dublin without a visit here and a baby Guiness. Thank you so much

Let me preface that my family and I are demanding and impatient folks from NY when ordering drinks and food. My Aunt wanted to taste different wines and it was our first time in Ireland. Of course the staff demanded we have Guinness instead of wine but also brought over several wines to taste. 😊 The crew was FANTASTIC especially Shanae and Magic Mike who were extremely patient and welcoming! We highly recommend and will  always have such great memories here at O’Sheas thanks to the excellent staff!! Be sure to get Magic Mike at the Bar and Shanae as a waitress! Couldn’t have asked for better service from our home away from home!!! ❤️🇮🇪
