We were here for three months ago, we stayed for three night.
We arrived at quite late night, but Mr Yumi, the manager still able to picked us up free at the airport. He is so kind and take care of everything we need along our stay at Bandung, as that was our first time to Bandung..
Unfortunately we were not able to make a trip to Tangkuban as it was too short period. 
I definitly recommend this place if you need a perfect sevice for your fist service to Bandung.

After 6 months of traveling through many SE Asian countries, this was by far the worst accommodation we've stayed in. Booked via hotels.com, the hotel was listed under the name of RedDoorz. The photos of the rooms were NOTHING like the actual property. As RedDoorz is a chain hotel, the photos on hotel.com were definitely taken from another hotel. 
Check-in took half an hour as the receptionist couldn't find our booking, despite providing him with a confirmation email and proof of pre-payment. He was quite off-hand about it, as if it was our fault. 
The room was dank, covered in mold, very dated and there is no sink in the room. The paint was flaking from the walls in big chunks, the room hadn't been cleaned from the previous occupant, so there were dirty towels and a used toothbrush in the bathroom. Our towels were then covered in blood stains, the WIFI was poor, and the doors to the room as flimsy so it was very noisy in the room. 
The Hotel is out of town, so you will need to take a taxi everywhere. 

Single handedly the worst accommodation we've stayed in, and believe me, we've stayed in some pretty bad places. Wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy.
