I went to the hotel on 15 Nov to make a meeting room reservation for 17 Nov meeting. On 17 Nov I came earlier (1 hour before meeting time) and the air conditioners didnt work despite their claim that they checked the meeting room before. Then they claimed that they called the engineers to fix it, but until meeting start the engineers didnt show up. So we had to proceed the meeting with no air con. No apologize from the management at all. Worst meeting experience ever. Definitely won't recommend this place to have a business meeting.

Very Poor Service for Meeting Room Arrangement

Impressed with the ambience of classic design, Cafe, Reception, Other public areas are clean, well maintain, Did not get a chance to swim but yes the hotel have a spacious enough swimming pool, Good for a couple as i was traveling solo. Location is Top area. Walking distances to culinary and shops. Recommended !

Classy Design - Pleasant Stay

I was in Bandung for a trail marathon and wanted a hotel closer to the run start venue. The pictures listed for the property were different than the actual rooms and also the general layout in the hotel lobby. 

A few things that were good:
1. The location is close to the ir. Juanda park and was generally easy to get Grab and other vehicles to go to places,
2. Our room was very good size and we had ample bottled water in the room,

And now the bad!!
1. The staff were mostly not able to communicate in English,
2. The front desk staff had no idea on where to go eat or shop, or ... Generally not helpful at all except one front desk person who did help us.
3. The front desk were generally not interested in helping you or doing much. On one occasion it was raining and we asked if the hotel had any umbrellas, the receptionist had to go out and check and came back very quickly saying nothing was available. So we had to wait it out and then later when someone else was there I asked the same thing. This person did actually go out and look and after a couple of minutes came back and had an umbrella for us. He was consistently helpful on a couple of other occasions, an exception to the rule. 

So you should forget it if you are looking to get some advise from the front desk/ receptionist in this hotel. The breakfast could also be better with more choices, although they did have the basics. All in all, I am still undecided if I use this hotel again next year.

Undecided if I stay there again

Location: very strategic. In the middle of Dago. However, since the hotel does not have any other access, when you have a plan to go out in Sunday morning, make sure that you leave before 6 AM. Dago is a car free zone up to 10 AM. It is quite fun to walk around Dago during the car free time. Many people with children walk around, join in free exercise groups, and even dance. Food and shopping is not an issue if you stay here. There are many restaurants, bakery and food stalls, and a lot of factory outlet for fashion products.
Room: the room is very clean and well kept. Bath room with shower is also clean. Basically the windows of the rooms are all facing the open corridor. From the higher floor you will be able to see the skyline.
Breakfast menu is fine. There are a lot of items including traditional snacks provided.

Clean and Convenient

I Visited the hotel for business trip, this hotel is near Bandung Institut Technology. 
Very strategic place, in jl. Dago.
Very good wifi, breakfast, bath tub and service. But when i visited, there is pedestrian construction in front of the hotel, it's very disturbing

Confort Room

All around great experience. Stayed at the Family Suite. Thumbs up to the chef. I didn't expect that the food was going to be this good for such a reasonably low priced hotel. 

As you'd expect from old hotels, the plumbing is a bit of an issue (low water pressure). And since the mini pool is outdoor, the pool temperature is akin to an ice bath. But again, no big issues.

Quality, quick service all around.

And the location is great.

Recommended for families (stay at the Family Suite!)

Old hotel but good

I stayed in this hotel with my parents. They were very impressed this hotel. The family room was big and comfortable. The hotel had a restaurant and the foods were delicious, too. I would recommend this hotel for families who want to spent memorable time together in Bandung.
