I spent one overnight stay here and had everything I needed to make it comfortable. The room is very clean and bed comfortable, and has mosquito nets, aircon and ceiling fan. The homestay is well located to the shops, restaurants and tourist areas. 
The host, Thomas, is a lovely, friendly man who took time to explain the different places of interest and how to find the restaurants, etc. There is a communal lounge with TV, books etc but I didn't have chance during my stay to use these. 
There is a lovely outside seating area, but make sure you cover up with Mosquito spray!

Had a trip visit at fort kochi... And fort kochi garden a good stay for both friends gang and family. And a special star for the host Thomas sir made our trip unforgettable. Go for a walk in near by local street.

Small room but friendly helpful Mr Thomas. Quiet setting down small alleyway though neighbours a bit noisy. A map given is great for orientation. Some mosquito around in Fort Kochin but plenty of screens at this place. 

This homestay is tucked away off the main street but is accessible to the main areas we wanted to visit. It offers basic, quiet, clean and comfortable homely accommodation.  The showers are quite rustic aimed over the toilet space but that’s normal here. Thomas Tharian, proprietor of Fort Garden Residency, was a good host, unobtrusive yet gave us good advice about Cochin, where to eat and walk, and provided us with drinking water. We had dinner at Seagull Restaurant on his advice and the meal there was superb.

Kochi is a very beautiful place to visit, and Fort Garden Residency a great option to sleep. It's a very nice homestay, located in a quiet street just 5 minutes walk to the most important places to visit in Kochi. Nice and pleasant family, they helped us a lot during our stay, giving a lot of tips to move around and the best places to visit.
We needed buy some tickets for continue our trip and they helped how to get it. The room is comfortable, not too big but with AC, hot water, wifi and a quiet share terrace with the family for rest and work.
Good choice with no doubt!

Mr Thomas was exceptionality helpful throughout our stay, from when we contacted him on our way to Kochi and he offered great advice on how to reach his homestay, on our arrival when he detailed a comprehensive itinerary for us to follow in order to take in all the sights and on our final day when he happily let us leave our luggage with him for the day before our evening train (topped off with a plate of fresh pineapple before we left!) 
Our room was basic, but for the best rate we were able to find and more than made up for with our hosts attitude and friendliness.

We stayed at Fort Garden Residency on 23rd and 24th November, and the experience was quite satisfactory. The home stay offers a neat and clean rooms and also has a clean environment. A special mention should be made of Mr. Thomas, the owner, who is very warm and makes one feel very comfortable. Further, the location of the home stay is suitable to visit multiple places in Fort Kochi.  Mr. Thomas provides excellent guidance about the places of interest in Fort Kochi hence, the place is suitable to stay and also see the place through the eyes of a local. Further, the rooms are equipped with air conditioner, mosquito net and good hospitality. The washroom is a bit small. Apart from that it is a nice place to stay in Fort Kochi and the home stay provides a nice experience. 

Good place and worth for money, the owner is gives guide to visit place and he is very gentle.
This this entire place it has three room with attached bathroom and big hall etc..

Room size is enough for two peoples.

We were kindly received by Mr. Thomas in his beautiful home at a quiet place. It's walkable distance from most of the attractions in Fort Cochin. Master art Cafe is very near and a great place to have a good breakfast.
