Stayed one night on April 1st in suite room, room was in terrible condition, stained and cleanliness bathrooms, broken and adhesive plaster sticked ceilings, very old and stained sofas, without out any coffee or tea bags, no kettle, only 1 bottle water provided.Breakfast was with not much items.Booked online for 4250..worst hotel stay in my life .Only good thing is friendly staff.

Very friendly staff, room are good everything was need, clean and tidy and good value for money considering the central location and near to new bus stand. breakfast was very good and total I had good stay this hotel.

Pleasant stay. Rooms are well maintained and kept neat. All safety protocols followed 10/10. Good food. Staff were helpful and always there to take care of your need. Thanks to poppys team for the wonderful hospitality

Good

It was a pleasure staying at this Brand new property, which is 5 minutes walking from the bus stand. Poppys hotel is a nice hotel with excellent food and service. They offer complementary coffee in the room. Breakfast is good and you can choose: Indian, continental, etc. Also the restaurant is very good and reasonably priced. Overall the experience was brilliant and enjoyed or weekend getaway a lot. I will definitely stay there again.

Very good and hygiene we came for wedding it was pleasant stay room are well maintained hotel located was is place core of the city bus stand is very near to the hotel hotel restaurant was very nice good food. 

A clean and decent hotel right at the centre of the city. Very close to good restaurants and bus stand. However the dust and din do not affect the premises. The rooms are sanitized and are spotless , and are provided with quality basic requirements. Hot water available 24-hours. The AC is good. There is a spacious almirah and dressing corner.  A table with an executive chair and a single seater sofa are also provided. The hotel provides an extra cot also.   But the restaurant is a bit costly but the quality is good. 
The staff is very friendly and helpful.



A very decent at the centre of  city

We chose Poppy's Anukula based on suggestions from friends and really thought we would have a nice stay there. But things were not what we expected. 

Pros:
1)Close proximity to the city
2) Tasty food

Cons:
1) No hot water
2) Room-service was pathetic. They did not clean the room, nor they Replaced towels. The complimentary water was not provided. No brush/paste/bodywash/moisturizer kit.
3) Our checkout time was 12.00 PM. We tried to open the door at 12.03 PM to take our bags and surprisingly the room did not open. We called the Reception and they said your time is up and so it is locked. Now if that's not enough, we went to re-activate the room key and the person there Mr. Muruganandham was very rude and sarcastic. He did not provide proper response instead he questioned back us asking when we were supposed to checkout and why we were late and so on. 
He was unprofessoinal and lacked experience in handling customers. He did not make eye contact, nor did he respond properly to the complaints we had. I understand that hotels are under-staffed and they are trying to manage admist the pandemic but being rude and unapologetic is just not tolerable in any circumstance. 
4)The hotel was expensive for the quality of srervice they provided. I would have easily had a better experience in the same price range if I had chosen GRT or ITC hotels in Vellore

I would also like to appreciate Mr. Subash from the hotel who had been helping us and understood our concerns. I wish the above said person learns some decency and way to talk to customers from Mr.Subash. Overall, because of the poor service and that particular rude staff, our stay was pathetic and I dont recommend this hotel to anyone until they take some steps to eliminate such toxic staffs and improve their facilities.

Good Infrastructure and Food with Terribly Rude and incapable staff which ruined the expereince

Only good I can say, Buffet in the morning was good daily variety , rooms were clean, Mr subhash in the front door was also very co-operative  , will like to visit Poppys again.Overall a good hotel for short stay.

like the hotel very much

I stayed here for a day. Very close to Bangalore Chennai highway. A bit crowded area.  Check in was smooth. Room was good with required amenities. Lots of mosquitoes though, but unavoidable in vellore .  Hotel has adequate parking facility.  Breakfast was top notch. Lots of varieties with great taste. Overall a good hotel for short stay.
