The hotel is located in main road itself to visit tirumala is not far.well maintained with cleanliness and hygiene. Mr Mallesh assisted well. We were very comfortable while our stay and recommended this hotel with reasonable cost.

Though it's a Covid-19 situation there was nothing was lacking and definitely added to the excellent service of the staff in every segment of your hotel. Every staff member with whom I came in contact was attentive, kind, and professional including receptionists, room service staff. we appreciate everything that you personally and your staff did for us.  We will definitely recommend your hotel to our friends, colleagues and family, and I’m sure I’ll be back.

Vaccation

Stayed in this hotel for one day with family. Chose this hotel based on the good reviews in Tripadvisor. The rooms are clean and tidy and maintained well. It was convenient to reach Tirumala from this place.

Nic hotel to stay

The hotel is located near Kapilateertham surrounded by good restaurents and easily accessible. This place is very convenient for going to Tirumala as well. Air condition machine is not properly working which needs service. Also, little more efforts can be put to improve cleanliness. Staff are polite and accommodative. Overall, the hotel is good and value for money staying in Vihas Inn.

My trip to Tirupati

I have been staying at Vihas Inn(previously known as PVR Residency) many times earlier. 
Good Points:
1) Hotel is decent and located in a clean and not crowded area.
2) Very easy to get bus, auto from this place.
3) Stayed at suite room which is spacious for a family of 4-5 adults and 1-2 kids.

Bad Points:
1) Never got decent hot water early in the morning, but during morning hours(after 9) we can get hot water. 
2) No room cleaning service when I stayed there for 3 days.

Best hotel for family if you are staying in suite rooms

1, hotel is very dirty and sticky and cheep.
2. hotel is staff is not understand single word for English only local language they speak. 
no shower / tv also not working.
3 mail point i have booked excutive room thru agoda but check in time they denied i stayed in  standard  room which is horrible.
overall exp is worst. f*ck off Vihas Inn hotel.

3rd class hotel i ever seen

Okay, like all of you guys reading this review, I too had gone through a couple of reviews about this hotel. Even though a bit doubtful, I went ahead booking this one, because of 1- budget, 2 the room type. 

Now is the deal. We reach the hotel, it had a van heusen stolen logo. The management made us wait for 45 min before we got the room. The tv in the room never worked through out our stay. The management could not fix it. There were frequent water shortages in the room. The management is very irresponsible and does not value the customers. 

The rooms were pretty unclean, but since we were mostly outside, we managed with the stay. 

So, if you are travelling with family, please avoid this one!!

Very bad experience

This is a Zero star hotel in Tirupati.  Pretty old hotel. Bed bugs are there everywhere.. Pillow covers, bed bugs, towels were with bad smell and color. Think twice before reserving this hotel. There are other hotels near-by and are better than this.
