My two nights stay in this hotel was really amazing. All the amenities provided in the room and hotel are of good quality and provided a luxury stay. Staff are all very helpful and provided a quick turn around for any need. Breakfast menu is good but will be better if prepared deliciously. Overall enjoyed the stay and being a frequent traveller, would like to stay in future visits aswell. Thank you for providing a great service.

Wonderful Hotel

Staffs are well behaved, overall this hotel is very good. Xcellent, interior of the room is beautiful, all the staffs are very polite and cooperative, maintaining the food quality, also provides complimentary breakfast which are also delicious. I will always prefer this hotel to stay again if I go to BENGALURU in future.

Rooms is spacious and clean compared to other oyo hotels. Room service was quick too. 

I couldn't able to connect Wi-Fi, it was again and again redirecting me to Home page. 
They follow register for check-in process for which I got embarrassed. Reason is that we can see who all are staying in which room( and with whom) in the register , which is a security issue and totally no privacy of ur stay. Last thing I didn't get bill for my stay and food expenses. 



Awesome room

This is now an Oyo hotel. They are a group that believes in spending on big posters with their name, but don't provide the most basic facilities - typical of Oyo (I have faced issues with 3 of their hotels so far). Here is a list of issues I faced at this hotel.
1. Balcony door could not be closed. It would open with wind and bring in mosquitoes.
2. Charging sockets in the room are either broken or need to be opened with a pen to use
3. Architecture of the room is one of the worst seen by me
4. Flush does not work properly and it even leaks at times
5. AC works like a fan even at 16 degrees
6. Location is about 500-700 meters on an inside road. To get any kind of public transport, you need to walk to the main road.
7. They have gone paperless. So to get a copy of even the payment that you made, you may have to run behind your company, who made the booking.
8. Breakfast is kept in parts - dosas come quickly and keep coming, but there is no update on either chutney or sambar.

The only silver lining was that the room service was exceptionally quick.

I had a very bad experience staying in Treebo The Mayer. 1) Not Many varieties for Vegetarians.2) It takes 30 min for them to serve you Tea in room.3) I had booked room for 3people, 3rd person was not provided the bed, had to sleep on mattress on the floor with no Blanket. Only bed sheet was provided to cover yourself.They say it has a television but its a 13 inch led tv in which you can hardly watch anything since the tv screen is almost in not working condition.Room lights were very dim, no proper lights provided. Room has 3 table lamp out of which only 1 lamp is in working condition.
