Aayushmaan Nature Cure Health Retreat

Hi All, this time i went with my sisters family and my parents, each had a health issue to address, my dad had creatinine of 2.6, and high uric acid and urea of about 84 , within ten days his creatinine was 1.1, Uric acid 3.9 , & Urea just 44 , absolutely no medicines or chemical drugging, My Sister was over weight at 91 kGs , she reduced 6.5 kgs in 10 days absolutel, happy, she was jumping and complaining why i did not show this Aayushmaan nature cure health retreat before, I had my stress level very well brought down , My wife lost about 5.5 kgs as well, my brother in laws Sugar was 245 Fasting and 300 PP with medication, after 10 days, it was 109 fasting and 142 PP, amazing, he could leave his medication, the staff are courteous, and very helpful, the garden and pool areas were very well maintained and good, internet was not upto the mark, though they did not promise free wifi, it was on and off, the other treatments like Shirodhara, panchakarma, massage, colon cleansing etc were all immaculate, the rate of Rs 1450 per day per person was quite reasonable , of course the other treatments were charged extra, and were quite reasonable, all of has had a great holiday at probably 1/4 th price , the resident doctor Vanisri was great, the therapist Ram, and Ammu were great and the 74 year old Yoga Master was very very agile and helpful, GOD BLESS
