The hotel is a a few minutes away from Miramar Beach, in the lane right next to Varanda Do Mar. 3kms from Dona Paula. Two floors, without lifts, but the second floor rooms are far better as they looked new. Newly constructed, more spacious and new fittings as well. Nothing for view as such. Overlooking the by lanes of a quiet Panjim city suburbs. The food is decent (just tried the complimentary breakfast omlette), The restaurant is in the ground floor and in a spacious garage set-up. Basic plastic tables and chairs. The service is nice, the staff try their best to help with whatever limited resources they have. Got a Dio on rent from them which worked pretty well. No compound space or children's activity area. Strictly budget and good if you vagabond around Goa the whole day and want to only spend the night here. Parking is FREE as it will be on the outside road.
