We booked a double bed room with joint washroom for two nights in @1200 INR from booking.com
When we reached at hotel. They said! Booking.com is fraud every booking is cancelled. So they denide for give us room ..And in the last he give us room in 1200 for One Night..
The room was dirty. Bed was without bedsheet... Horrable stay in ma life...

Worst hotel ever

5-10 minute walk from local bazaar and lake but other than that has nothing going for it. Rooms were dirty and had some sort of wasp nest right outside our door... reception smelled like it had been used as a toilet.

Good for location but nothing else

Not the worst place I have stayed but pretty close. First the positives which won't take much time: Fan and A/C in room worked well and Wifi provided which worked mostly. The guesthouse is also located near to the camel safari sellers and in walking distance to the markets, temples and lake. That is it!
The room, particularly the bathroom was dirty. No toiletries were provided but they had kindly left two half used bars of soap from the previous occupants just in case we fancied a wash. We were shown to our room but not told what our room number was (and you'd never know as no rooms are numbered), no lock or key given, no towels, no toilet paper, though to be fair they provided them when asked. The shower is a wet room design which is common in India but the drain was so poorly placed with the floor sloping the opposite direction the water never runs away. 12hrs later there is still standing water from your morning shower. No bin provided anywhere. Waking up the receptionist asleep under a blanket on the counter so you can checkout is also a bonus. I have stayed in other places in Asia of similar standard but at least they made an effort to make them clean and charged far less. For 1000 INR per night it is overpriced. The shame of it is that with some extra little attention to detail (i.e. a small plastic bin, a roll of toilet paper, towels waiting on the bed, wipe the mirror and wash the sink for starters!) for virtually no money at all they could make it pleasant little budget accommodation. Sadly they care too little to give it the little care it needs.

Dire!

Firstly, this property has no contact with booking.com or other sites (or that's what they told us! So please be aware that even if you have booked via these pages the property may not be able to accommodate you) 

Our booking clearly stated a/c, fan, satellite tv and a balcony but upon arrival we were told that no such things exist here, neither does the promised free wifi! 

The property is also a safety hazard with wires, nails and dirt everywhere 

Definitely a no from me, and if I could I would give it a big fat zero! 

No, just no! 

We reserved a double room with private bathroom, which we prepaid via booking.com. When we arrived the guest house was fully booked and they put us into a dirty spare room with only a small bed and NO private bathroom. We had to ask other guest if it was possible to take a shower in their room. The staff of Priya didn't give us any compensation. We had to pay the full price for a room we did not get to stay in! Not even a breakfast was in for free as compensation. The staff didn't even apologize! I hardly recommend to not book this place in advance online.
