It is very bad hotel. Impolite staff, short beds, very small size bath room and not recommended Bed length is small and my legs are longer than it. The rooms are smelling. Size of rooms , stair case is very very small .It is very difficult to locate this hotel .

I just found myself looking for somewhere near the "Gate" and shopping area and I ended up with this hotel. It looked nice on the picture so I said "why not?". There's a little drama on my booking but I got the room which I found the problem with the toilet. Don't panick, the staff are quite good at problem solving though they seem cheeky to me. I bet it's delhi thing, hurr. I got another room replaced, still small though. Well, it' just the bus terminus next door, what do you expect? Noooo, not a posh area! Enjoy shopping at the market and grab Mc Donald nearby. The only good thing, I can think about.

Economical place to explore Delhi

I booked 2 double room for me and my family on 12th July 2013 through Via.com and wen reach the hotel the person in reception behaved so roodly to me and my family.The man dos not have any manners to customers and hotel is too bad in condition including bathroom,bed room and food,not worth staying their.Finally I called Via.com people and they help me to sort out issue.I request you never ever go to this hotel

Be careful!!! when you think to book this hotel.I had a horrible experience recently.I had booked my room in this hotel through yatra.com and got a confirmation message.Even then when I reached the hotel the manager gave a shock saying we have informed the concerned booking agent of the cancellation of your booking bcoz of unavailability of rooms.It so happened that when i reached this hotel there was a group booking in process and they preferred to accommodate them ahead of mine booking even if it was confirmed 02 days before.when i confronted they shifted me to another hotel(Hotel W) and to my horror  the room had no ventilation and the AC was not working properly.It was really suffocating experience and I request not to fall prey to such combo packages,bcoz you never know whats there in this package.I also informed it to the Yatra customer care and the person only apologized.What i feel is Yatra and other booking sites should ban such hotels where the customer has come across such a horrible experience.I strongly believe the booking agents should also take the responsibility and see to it that some good alternative arrangements are made for the customer.Its ultimately the customer satisfaction which works in any business.

We booked to stay here for two nights at the end of our trip to India.

This hotel is easy to find next to the bus terminal, and it's location in Connaught Place means the rest of Delhi is very accessible and you don't have to go far to find good food and shops.

The staff could not have been more helpful, allowing us to adjust our booking when flights changed, providing a laundry service and delicious breakfasts, and booking taxis. We were also upgraded to a bigger room for no extra cost.

The bathroom was clean and well equipped with a large mirror, hairdryer and very good shower.

Thanks to the staff for making our last couple of days so easy and pleasant.
