This is My 3 rd Time Visiting There.

Comparing to all LUXURY Class this is a Neat & Best Luxury with Budget Class

I have stayed one night during March, 2017 on my way to Munnar. I could not find any hotel nearer to Airport than this. The stay was average, basically a lodge type hotel. Very basic amenities. Cleanliness not upto the mark. Not recommended for family. May be,one can sleep for a night while traveling alone on business purpose. Its a cheap option but not that cheap if you compare with other hotel that come  with just 300 to 400 rupees more. There is restaurant, that sells South Indian and Keralian food,  just bellow this hotel but no room service. One can have basic breakfast on reasonable rate. The property is on the road and one can access auto and taxi very easily. If you plan to hire a taxi to visit nearby attractions just go tell the manager or to the owner of the adjacent restaurant, they can arrange.

Very Avergae Stay At Medows Regency

Booked a room as it is closer to cochin airport. Upon arrival they say the room wasnt booked and wasnt paid.. As confirmed with hdfc bank the booking went through and later they gave an excuse that the internet is too slow couldnt see the booking.  Suggest to pay on the spot rather than online booking. Suggest to bring a extension wire bcoz the only chargable available is tv plug which too high.
If u need a wifi sorry the wifi unable to connect is too slow
They do have travel cab and i tink they able to give u a cheaper rate.
Staffs are ok. Friendly and helpful. The boss is not that friendly never will listen wot u were trying to explain. If not mistaken his name is sanjay.
Booking an airport cab is too expensive they charge inr500plus to come to this place which only 2.5 km away from the airport.
Suggest to book from ola cab. 
Those who are afraid of roddents and small insects not a place that i will suggest to stay.
Wot i love about the place restaurant is right beside the hotel and 100m walk to sundry shops.
I took non ac room. I do not know about ac rooms

For travellers to decide

Medows Regency is quite near by to Airport, Kochi 4 kms. over the main road, it  is the budget hotel and quite far to Angamaly. Rooms are wide but poor water facilities but when we approached to Mr.Sainudeen, in charge of hotel. He was quite helpful and done his best to arrange local transport to food. Thanks to him.

Average Stay

We booked and paid for room online but they refused to acknowledge this and demanded more money! The front desk were rude and unhelpful. The place looked shabby and the taxi driver couldn't even find the place and tried to rip us off
