V near to Pandav Bhavan. Location is good & peaceful but far away from Bus dropping point. No worry if you have personal vehicle. Its sort of villa so not as good service as a Hotel.

If no options, You may choose this one.

This property also has a tie up with OYO and I booked via them though when you reach you wont find OYO board anywhere !. I was very disappointed to reach the allocated oyo rooms 101 and 102 . They were much smaller in size unlike displayed in pics on oyo site and they looked very different. Not at all worth more than 1000/- per day and price quoted is 3000 per day.!!..There was no option to select room type, so one would assume all rooms are same! On top of that the rooms are not at all well maintained, on a vacation, with family after paying 3000/- a day, you dont expect stinking curtains, stained bedsheets, torn towels and torn blanket covers, broken mirror and broken drawers !! The water storage of the commode kept leaking for three days and they did not even bother to get it repaired even though it dripped on the person using the pot !! They did not even provide water bottles though these days all home stays provide so. If you want lunch or dinner, you have to tell 4 hrs in advance, which normally you wont know when on vacation, whether you would eat at hotel or not... so that was very inconvienent. They did not change our rooms on repeated requests, even they had better rooms available. When i requested for refund of money, they did not even do that ! so over all room wise it was not a pleasant stay.

Pathetic Maintenance

We booked four rooms through OYO, since it is also with OYO hotel ( OYO hotel# 22346). There was no OYO board there. The room given were small and dirty. This is actually a home stay and property is very old without proper maintenance. All rooms were dirty, no cleaning, having typical smell. Bed sheets, cover of duets and pillow were not cleaned. No wifi and phone network is poor. Outside garden was OK. Strongly not recommended.
