The hotel is in a great location, the rooms are very big but the rooms and bathrooms could do with a little upgrade.

Superb housekeeping team

Food was disappointing.. Nancy one of the staff member is exceptionally wonderful person. She tried to resolve most of the issues. She knows her job very well. She is very warm towards the guests.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very spacious and comfortable with a nice decoration. A special mention for the bed which is like a nest into which you sink into a very comfortable sleep.
Breakfast was offered with a wide variety of food and same for the lunch buffet.
Overall a nice and cosy atmosphere with attentive staff.
We would definitely recommend a stay here to anyone.

Nice Hotel and staff I visited first time to enjoy here and found everything super here and vary peace full place to enjoy get togather , I prefer to come again and again this place this in Grewal hotel in which,  staff Ankit in restaurants in vary professional and guest attentive,  thanks to management to  make my decision fruit to visit here... 👍 nice 🍵 tea..... 😄😄

In my 46 yearsof extensive travelling this is the FIRST time i was frustrated Suicidally.

A sheer ridiculous experience 
One that i want NO ONE TO EVER EVER HAVE.
Three things
1)This place is not a OYO cheap joint but a 3-4 star category hotel, or thats what travel site’s lead us to believe and it DOES NOT HAVE ITS PARKING, or an arrangement for Parking. You have to PAY FOR PARKING.
2)Today morning at 07.00am i called and asked for a butter toast as i had to have my medicine. SHOCKINGLY they said it will be available ONLY after 8.30am(with due credit the receptionist said,aapke liye 8am tak karwa dunga). There buffet starts at 8.30am,as i was specifically told. Where o where does BUFFET START SO LATE. Ridiculous. All over the world it starts between 7-7.30am, coz pple move out for sightseeing, or onward, or return journey. No one wud waste 2 hrs just waiting for breakfast.
3)At 8.10am the butter toast was delivered with the RIDICULOUS RIDER-Sir iT CANT be billed, you have to pay cash. OMG, am I staying in a slum or what.
4) We are 3 occupants in the room. And ALL 3 of us are unanimous that the AC is simply NOT EFFECTIVE
AND I RECOMMENDED THIS TO MY FRIENDS AS I HV STAYED HERE EARLIER

I have booked the stay for my family at A hotel Ludhiana from MMT from 4th May to 7th May. Paid advance to MMT. But after checking in, my guests found AC is not working. On complaining they learned that AC will only be operational for 2 hours a day, reasoning less occupancy and they would not be running the full AC plant. You can’t expect anyone to stay in 40 degree temperature in a closed room without AC. They should have written it in the rules at the time of booking which they didn’t at all. That’s something really absurd and highly unreasonable. Even MMT was useless in solving the matter. In these tough times platforms like MMT are also looting the consumers by malpractice or hiding the facilities.
