Good place very nice and friendly staff overall satisfied with the place one addition could be an in house bar which will add cherry on top except that very good food is good a bit expensive compared to local food but not too much so ok ok for a hotel, rooms are nice for my room i got a nice view so was an excellent experience

Good Place very Decent Staffs

This my first experience with this kind of hospitality, I done my booking with Hotel GM He booked me for standard room, The room size quit small no any amenties there m asking for change my room or upgrade with the extra charges they deny for that if i asking for c/out they refuse too they never me allow to c/out also,after clear my one night billing n i just walk away from the hotel the reception guy and the security person stached my bag and they said we never allow for c/out and they are asking me for extra charges i stayed in room no 103

Worst Hotel Worst Staff total harassment

I booked 5 days at hotel seawood on hotels.com. when I went there, reception told me that they have no room, we was discussing for 2 hours, finally, the guys told me that he has the room and receive me 41505 rupees for 5 days.When I stayed at 3 day, they let me migrate to another lower hotel saad, the condition was very hard, I think the price is lower than sawood.today, I'm checking out and waiting for 1 hour, due to the recption let saad hotel to make a part of invoice for me, I waited and waited, but it's still not coming, and there is also a part of invoice from sawood, the guy typed a wrong company name, finally, I've got very angry, asked him make full invoice for me, but he told me the machine of invoce had broked,  what a mess hotel !Also，hotels. com did not provide helpful service in this case.  quite disappointed.

Location was good easy to reach and on raod, staff were cooperatives, Deluxe Room was average, food was good and served well,  There should be something for children   but overall it was a good trip with family

We have conducted one corporate seminar at hotel Sawood on 6-7 July 2019. To be honest, The staff offered very professional and gentle service. The staff is so humble and best thing is that they did all the setup before we arrived. Also, our company has enjoyed the stay in that room. The room is very clean and well infrastructured.

Excellent service and very polite staff

We had two days IT Training Session and three days stay at Hotel Sawood International, 

It was  greet experience with Sawood International Team along with Mr.Ahmad Ji,

We received out standing support from them.  

They provide support to us beyond the limit and all the hotel staff is polite and help full for all the time.

Provided breakfast, lunch , dinner food quality was supper. even they have packed food some of person those are fasting for Ramadan.

Over all i would say that we feel like home environment. I would say again Thank you to all Staff along with Mr.Ahmed Ji to help us complete for our Training Session as will as make us feel like home place. I would recommend to stay as best place.Thank  You.

I stayed there for 6 days, and what i can say it was fantastic experience,clean rooms with good room services, fantastic behaviour of all staffs.. Wants to come back again. This hotel deserves 5 stars.

Excellent

I found this hotel to be the best in Kolkata , their rooms , staffs , everything was perfect. Food is excellent specially the Biryani. Location is on the main road and you have a 24 hours restaurant which is a merit. Go for the Executive Room a bit expensive but worth it. Definitely coming back again and next time with family.
