We have a pleasent stay in this hotel.. All the staff of the hotel is nice.. Especially I mention a name " Vicky bhai". He is very nice and of helping nature.. The food WS also good... Its a great choice to stay here...

I stayed at Hotel Naddi Heights for two nights in October 2017. It's a new hotel and I selected after reading about the wonderful view from the hotel.

I must say that my family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We had taken two King rooms on the first floor. We could enjoy the breathtaking view of the Dhauladhar right from the windows and the balcony. Naddi sunset point is at walking distance and Dharamshala mall is 15-20 minutes driving from here. But the atmosphere is much quieter. You could spend the whole day just by seating on the balcony.

Rooms were  clean and big. Sheets were very clean. Bathrooms had hot and cold water and other regular toiletries. We had food at the hotel, mostly dinner. The food was tasty and well cooked.

Manager Mr. Rana is very amiable and quick to respond to your call. I also appreciate him for replying to emails very quickly. I should also meantion Vicky bhai here. He is the lead room service guy and always ready to help you. Besides, he also narrated some folk lore about the mountains here and guided us about the places we should visit. I've added an image here where Mr. Rana and Vicky are standing extreme left and second from left.

Before I finish, since the hotel is very new, I'd like to mention a few points where they could improve a bit -

1. The current lane that leads to hotel from the main road is difficult for elderly people. It would be better if they had an easier route.

2. They had very good blankets and quilt. But it would be better if they provide room heaters as standard amenity in the rooms.

Over all, I'm very satisfied with their services and I'd recommend them highly.

Better hotel as compared to Oyo standards.staff good and very helpful.
It has best view of snow capped mountains from the rooms and it's very very cheap.
Only flaw is no direct approach road.u have to walk down a narrow lane with luggage but given the view it's worth it.

Superb location and comfortable stay

Awesome view

Worst room service, never clean rooms, no towels,  no lock in toilet working, no buffet,  if your food is included they serve paneer, dal,rice and 1 vegetable. They don't have restaurant.one thing more fan also not working in room. 
I request please don't waste your money and vacation.

Waste of money and your vacation

Actually i visited this hotel with my family. The location of this hotel in between some fields and houses. Not so convenient location. No vehicle will go near hotel. You might have to carry your  luggage for 4-5 mins to reach the hotel reception.

When we visited this hotel, no one had checked in to this hotel, Only the workers where there.
No proper reception staff. Only one person managing everything.

We were not so happy with this hotel, at the last moment we had to change the hotel.
