Hotel Grand Park Inn

The reason this has been my favorite experience at any hotel/ inn is because of the exceptional costumer service. I was traveling with my mother and grandmother for 2 nights, and from the moment we got there we could feel the homely atmosphere. The first night we got there we had it was already 5pm but we still wanted to go see something and grab food, we asked the night receptionist where we should go since he had been so friendly during check in and he suggested Indian gate and a restaurant near the area that was walking distance and this was the best option for us. When we got back we had intended to pick up some soap, shampoo and cold medications for my mother but we weren’t able to, so when we got back we asked where we could go since it was late and a Sunday. He called someone right there in front of us and had everything delivered to our room in 15 minutes tops. There were other experiences such as this that just made us feel like we were visiting a relatives house and I couldn’t have imagined having such a better experience!!
