We spent great week in Palolem. Clean and nice Room, very kind staff. Off season prices. It is not on the beach, 2-3 minutes to walk. We had room/balcony to garden, so no traffic noise, but some dogs can disturb during night ( happened ones).

Stayed here for 13 nights, we were really Lucky because off season so pretty much had the place to our selfs. Really clean and tidy, the lady at reception was very friendly and helpful, only thing is they lock the door at night, but if you want to go out then it’s no problem at all.. 2 minute walk to the beach. Would stay again! :)

Very kind staff, good quality

Clean room and close to beach 

We stayed in this hotel for 3 days during feb.  The hotel is located on main road leading to beach.  You can directly approach the beach from rear side of the hotel which hardly is 150-200 metres.  There is no direct beach view, but good for 2000+ rs per day.  Its not a hotel really as the name suggest, it really is guest house at best.  However, you would hardly spend any time in hotel, as there is no lobby, play area, swimming pool etc.  You can use it for sleep.  Its relatively clean, air conditioned with balcony.  Bathrooms are decent too.  But there are plenty of right on beach hotels available for 20-25% extras.  Some of them are not even listed on hotel aggregators.  So make google your friend and follow traditional way by dialing some numbers for good deals on Canacona and Agonda.

Value for Money

Bad service .The room was ok but we had a horrible experience with the bathroom. No hot water was provided . We had to take shower in cold water and no proper water supply . It took 15 min for the bucket to fill & inspite of continues request the staff or owner was least bothered. 
They r behind money. The washroom is dirty. Bucket was dirty . Had a horrible experience.

Very Bad experience.

This hotel is to be avoided at all costs !!!!
Firstly they charge different prices for different customer.
Ranging from 3000 rupees per night to 800 per night for same room same day !
Also there were noisy tourists that literally made a terrible racket banging doors ,shouting,playing music techno at 4am and the receptionists won’t do anything about it!!!
In fact the daytime staff actually were very rude ,
Several guests were complaining were ignored!!
Please avoid at all costs ,
Spoke to the owners and they shrugged their shoulders .
Don’t deserve the business
