Stayed at Hard Rock 5 nights. On arrival to the bedroom the air conditioning wasn't working as well. Reception staff moved me to another room which was a suite all to myself. The hotel was comfortable, clean and the staff were all very accommodating throughout the stay. Tulshi was amazing, took on board the times I wanted the room cleaned. She layed my personal items out so nicely and spoke to me very pleasantly. The tonic bar staff were very good too, spoke very politely at all times and took the time to talk to their guests. Staff at the restaurant were pleasant and polite accommodating at all times. Initially the hotel was quiet, however it soon livened up with more guests arriving. The location was good, not at all far from the main strip in calganute and the beach was a 15 minute walk. Lots of eateries, bars and shops near by. Overall a pleasant stay with a good experience. The only thing I would suggest is to upgrade the rooms with a makeover to make them more appealing and eye catching. Otherwise perfect trip. Thank you to the hard rock hotel staff for making the stay a pleasant one.
