I had stayed with my friend during December. The service was very good. The staffs are very co-operating. They have options for Ooty/Coonoor sightseeing activity CAB/Tempo Traveller. Special cab for the couple also. They have provision for HoneyMoon suit too. Everything is very close to this hotel. Difficult to get the room in both up/down seasons is the main issue.
