Place is very near to airport, amazing staff, clean and spacious rooms, good breakfast and on top of all very affordable, cant believe we have such low cost hugh quality accomodations in india as well... 

Booked by OYO, just on que that it is near to Airport. Place will not disappoint you. Staff and service is excellent. Can help with local travel. 
Rooms are okay, but not much you should expect in this budget. Rooms, bathroom and bed are neat and clean. Service is just excellent. Kitchen timings are limited (not sure about timings)
Breakfast was excellent. Juices, though are not complementary but are simply excellent. Pineapple is highly reccommended.
Service and attempts by staff to make your stay comfortable are commendable. 
All and all not a five star, splurge place but best value for money. Just what you need near to Airport.

I had checked in late in the night without any booking they where very entertaining. There cooks made for us food in the late might even after the restaurant was closed that is what touched us the most. They have given us the best service in the best manner which I don't think many hotels do now a days.

the room and bathroom was clean, We reached there at around 2 in the morning and the check-in process was painless. The air con worked, wifi password was handed over to us by the manager during check in. Drinking water bottles was ready in the rooms. Friendly staff, wanting to make our stay better. If looking for a place to stay near the Cochin airport before your flight or after your late flight, will recommend it. 

There is no lift to go up to the First and second floor.. Do keep this in mind

This place yes near to Airport.
SOME ADVICE
#Always pay in Indian Rupees, hotel exchange rate is terrible. If google rate is 1$=INR69, hotel charged 1$=INR59.

#If you can walk slightly outside the airport just 300m, uber would charge Rs. 120 as compared to From Airport arrival are it is Rs.400-600.
Travelling to Airport take auto service of hotel just Rs. 100.

#Avoid rooms near Dormitory, they are extremely noisy.

#Hotel is terrible with booking failures CONFIRM RECONFIRM ALWAYS. 
But Manager Binu was very kind.

Good hotel but read ADVICE

This was the first hotel we stayed at once we landed in India. We only needed somewhere for 1 night (well really 10hrs) and, 10 hrs was too long. Now I have stayed budget, and never complain, but this was bad. And for $50AUS/ night, I didn't think it was cheap.
We arrived before midnight, which I had let reception know, but when we got there, the whole place was shut. My husband had to work out the gate just so we could get in, to knock on the door. We were met by a guy sleeping on the floor in the office, and another guy came out as we were knocking quite loud.
We were asked to pay in full and hand our passports over. Feeling uncomfortable, I handed them over and were shown to our room. The man stood at the door for a while looking around and to me it was if he was waiting for something to come out or appear?? Then, we were allowed in and he shut the door. 
The pillows were filthy and we had to cover them in clothes, there was bed runner at the end of the bed but no sheets and we had one dirty towel. Ok I thought. We have stayed budget, but this is the worse....lets have a shower, sleep it off and leave for the airport early. Go to the bathroom and there's no toilet paper and no soap. (to top it off my partners lock had been tampered with at the airport and we couldn't even get our toiletries) aaaaaa. Lucky we had packed toilet paper.
So, we woke up and were quite thirsty as there was no water, packed and wondered downstairs.
The only saving grace for this hotel was the reception man who we woke up the night before greeted us with our passport and offered us a tea. We sat and had a delicious cup of tea and left. And it was only a 10minute ride to the airport
