the staff is very friendly, the premises clean and the rooms have enough space and comfortable. the wifi is good. the restaurant is good but ony vegetarian. the mall is nearby, so those who want other food can always go there


The management is excellent. The directors personally see to it that guest are well taken care. Rooms are very clean. Staff are courteous. Best place to stay in Anand, Gujarat, India. (No eggs in breakfast)

I checked on 29th december in this hotel, we travelled from statue of unity so my son and my wife was so tired from travelled. When we reached in this hotel there is one guy at reception i dont know his name but he wear a black blazer and he is on specs, such a wonderful guy he is, i said i have booking and he asked me about our id's i gave him so he checking our id's then he suddenly see my son was tired and sleepy without telling him he gave room key to his person and told him please drop madam and boy, and requested me to finish check-in process, then i tell him to send hot milk we have to sleep early so send fast please, after finished my check-in process i reached at my room the waiter is waiting for me with hot milk...amazing!! amazing!! Supperrbb service ever i seen in my life,,hotel has nice quite room, hot water and parking facilities, buffet breakfast so tastefull strongly recommended...

Arizona is the only one of the good hotel in anand. Food wise, hygiene wise, comfort wise, cleanliness wise, staff Corporation wise overall it’s a very good hotel. Hotel needs some renovation and repair else comfort wise it’s a good hotel.

Hospitality was too good , Room very clean , food was very good , I have paid for 3 rooms 4 days stay but than our trip got reschedule & we left one day early , Hotel has paid me refund for one day short for all 3 rooms , never seen this in hotel industry , thanks Hotel Arizona Inn Team

We took 2 rooms at this hotel one for me & my daughter & hubby, another for my parents. We stayed here March 2019 for 2 weeks. The rooms are good and clean. 
Please note the rooms are 3 star standard, but are clean and very comfortable. The hotel price, location, food & staff are all 5 star. The hotel has a very busy restaurant that has simply delicious food. 
On our last day the owner gave me a tour of the kitchen. Its very clean and efficient.
The food is amazing!!!! And it is very reasonably priced.
The staff are very nice and so helpful, we felt at home.
Mr Mustakin was the bell boy & was kind to out daughter every day. Soon as he saw my elderly mother he brought a wheel chair out. We did not even have to ask.
It will  be a pleasure to stay at this hotel again when i am in Anand. 
Last time we stayed at the Madhubhan ( January 2016), yes its 5 star place, but the food here is on par if not better and a fraction of the cost. You can stay here and not worry about the bill at the end of your stay. 
Also this hotel is just next door to the shopping mall & cinema where there are other options for dinning also like McDonalds & coffee shops. So the location is great.
I would really recommend this hotel if you want excellent value for money and you won't be disappointed.

We stayed in Arizona inn for 5 days, worst was the check-in process,  They need the passports, E-Visa copy, what is the reason for the visit, local contact and phone number. I felt like I am in Immigration again during the check-in process. 

After the checkin is done, rest is great. Room and washroom was very clean and well equipped,  only issue is if you are out the room, there is not way to tell house cleaning not to come since electronic display get turn off as soon as you take the key out the slot. 

Vegetarian restaurant is very good and prices are very reasonable.  Breakfast is also very good in the morning and it is included in the room price. 

Front desk staff is very very helpful, everytime when we wanted to go out they will get a taxi or Tuktuk and tell the driver to where to go and negotiate the price since we didn't speak any local languages.

Will recommend this hotel for anyone.

We had booked rooms for the families. Hotel amenities are quite decent and well maintained rooms. The new rooms are surprisingly spacious in a town like Anand. The staff is courteous and prompt in attending requests. Breakfast is above average if not average. Hotel surrounding is green. Hotel is ideally located. Far from town’s noises but just within the reach. 
Keep it up.

We were in town for a wedding and stayed at this hotel for several days. The hotel was clean and the room quiet but I think their best attribute was the friendly staff who welcomed us each day with a smiling face.
The only complaint might be the open shower which seemed to leak too much water onto the floor. A small quibble and overall we'd be happy to stay here again.
