We found this accommodation on Tihany.hu website.
For our request the owner sent an answer back next day. The house is few minutes away from the Tihany rev (ferry) by car. 
Our room and bathroom was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the night was quiet.
They provide a generous and tasty breakfast at their other accommodation, Barackvirag Apartmenthaz, which is 3 minutes away by car.
The owner is very friendly, helped us out from her own kitchen with filtered water, when we ran out of our bottled water. The shops are close early, there is no grocery shop open late.

Relaxing stay

It all began so well. Nice owner, good communication, location not too central, but a relaxed 15min walk gets you to the top. There's even mosquito net on one of the windows. The rooms were clean, immaculate! Such a joy to stay at a place where everything is spotless and well maintained.
Unfortunately, my sense of smelling didn't kick in before it was too late. We noticed a foul stench from the bathroom, and even though we poured lots of water down all drains, it didn't disappear. The owner attributed it to the "new shower cabin", and it not being used for a while, but then the water should've fixed it. Considering the shower holder rail and soap holder almost falling off the wall, it didn't seem that recent. This made our stay very uncomfortable, and should've been fixed a long time ago. A real shame, and a result of only average instead of great.
