I will probably start with the fact that the experience in this hotel was really good, my friends and I often spontaneously travel to different countries and in a short period of time we are looking for accommodation at affordable prices, usually the hotels we stayed in left much to be desired, but this hotel was different from the rest, I will probably start with the significant advantages why I would return to this hotel
- affordable price 
- no need to communicate with the staff, checking into the hotel is done independently (which for me as an introvert was an incredible experience)
-Located in a good location right next to the cafe New York
-enough space for personal belongings (although the room itself is not very big, but the rotation of furniture is nice and there is a lot of space for clothes, etc.)
- cleanliness (in fact, this hotel was impressed by the cleanliness and tranquility, every day a woman came to clean the kitchen and bathroom)
-enough showers for a comfortable stay
- kitchen with dishes and all necessary appliances such as a microwave and refrigerator 
-the reservation was quick 
-rooms for 3-4 people, which was a great privilege for a group of friends 
- balcony from which you get very nice photos

of the minuses probably only not a spacious bed, although it did not play a role for us because we mostly slept in the hotel 

Overall it was a cool experience, I recommend it to everyone

After reading reviews on the site we booked through, I was slightly concerned. However, it was better than expected. The instructions to get into the building were clear, but it was still a little complicated to get in. We didn't use the kitchen, but it was always clean when we walked through it. Our room was relatively clean, the bathroom could have been cleaner. The beds were quite hard, but they were actually fairly comfortable. The shower was a nightmare. You'd press the button, and the water would only remain on for 10-15 seconds. It was also difficult to set the temperature of the shower. The location was very good, plenty of transport connections, restaurants, bars and shops in walking distance. 

Better than expected

The room and the Common area are super dirty, like nobody is taking care of them. We found dust, hairs, spilled stuff on the forniture and on the beds, dirty towels from previous guests in the drawers. We informed the Owner as soon as we saw this and she did nothing to Solve the issues. Moreover the Common kitchen (next to the room) was full of garbage and smelly, the entrance and the stairs are disgusting. If you are a clean person avoid this accomodation.

Super dirty !

The owners met us on arrival and could not have been any friendly and more helpful.  It is an ideal location and in an interesting part of Pest, you feel as if you are amongst the locals.    

The accommodation is very well kitted out and brand new, small rooms but very clean.    The entrance to the accommodation is not so pleasant however once upstairs it is better.     Ideal for a base as we were out exploring the wonderful Budapest the majority of our time  :)

Ideal Location

We stayed here for 2 nights. The apartment was brand new and in a very convenient location. You need to arrange to meet with the staff to get the keys and door access codes, but they were punctual and it presented no problems at all for us.
