We had the best time here. Beautifully situated on the edge of Kardamyli so only a short walk to access restaurants/cafès etc. The villa was beautiful and had everything we needed - I well stocked kitchen and comfortable diner/sitting area. Beautifully maintained gardens with fresh water pool shared with just one other villa and two apartments. The owner/manager Niko was very kind and welcoming and advised us of some good walking trails in the area. Definitely we will be returning to this perfect spot offering easy access to the surrounding beaches, etc.

Wonderful villa in great location 

The property and garden are lovely. Beautiful plants and although there are 4 houses it feels private due to the planting and way the terraces are divided.
Lovely freshwater pool and comfortable sun beds.
The studio we stayed in is well equipped with good air conditioning and a comfortable bed.
Unfortunately our stay here was spoilt by the fact that the owner left a dying and bleeding cat, gasping for breath( that lived in the garden) on the driveway while we packed our car.
He said it had eaten mouse poison and then was run over. No idea why you would need to poison the mice in a private property as there are so many hungry cats to keep mice away. I asked the owner why he didn’t put the cat out of his misery but he said he couldn’t. Why he just didn’t  just pick it up with a shovel and move it out of the way of guests I don’t know. There were children staying there and if they had seen it they would have been very upset, as I was.

Nice property but stayed ruined by owner leaving a dying bleeding cat on the driveway.

We stayed in the 2x2 bed house- the houses are well designed so you get privacy whilst sharing a pool (and actually not many others used the pool so we often had it to ourselves). Very well equipped house, even down to mozzy plug ins and beach towels. Comfortable beds and great balconies and eating areas. The nearest pebbly beach (which we loved) is a 5 min walk, the town the same- lovely to be so close to both but have a relaxing and spacious property to go back to. Nikos is very informative and helps with advice on where to go,even leaving you 3 maps!  A really great place to stay.

Secure, clean, peaceful, convenient location

Niko’s the property manager summarises everything! Cool , polite , very helpful and keen to show you his region ! The place is simple and beautiful with a pool shared with your Neighbor. You have your independence all day , the houses are well designed and  the grocery is 10 m away , and the village and sea are not far ! Beautiful experience 

The real definition of cool hospitality 

Just returned from a fabulous holiday at Maison Viros. Stayed in the 2 bed house with husband and teenage boys. The complex has 2 x 2 bed houses and an additional house split into 2 x 1 bedroom with a shared pool which is lovely. House, pool and gardens are very well looked after by the owner Nikos and the location is great, being on the edge of Kardamili and close to the supermarkets, beach and local restaurants Do not be put off that it is on the road leading into the village as it's not very busy and the location really is fabulous with amazing views of the mountains and old town.

Lovely Setting

We have been to Greece countless times but this is our first time in The Mani. Scenery is breathtaking and Kardamyli is such a pretty village. Our host Nikos is a lovely guy. On hearing that I was keen walker he was back with detailed local maps, Nordic poles and an umbrella (Just in case). Our apartment is spacious and very comfortable and there is a lovely swimming pool. The water supoly is from a local spring so no need to buy the bottled stuff.3 local supermarkets, a butcher's and plenty of shops and good  restaurants. We love this place and have the perfect host to sort out pretty well anything.

Idyllic setting

This really is an amazing place to stay if you want a relaxing holiday.  The accomodation is comfortable and well equipped.  The pool is set in delightful gardens and there is plenty of shade if you need it.  It is a very short walk to the beach, supermarkets and excellent restaurants.  Nikos was really helpful and welcoming.

We returned to perfection!!

Friendly and helpful host. Stunning setting, cool and clean apartment with huge amount of space and great kitchen and bathroom facilities. Excellent air conditioning which is essential. 
Set in gorgeous gardens and lovely pool... pool clean and well maintained. Very aesthetically lovely but there is the issue; take mosquito repellent with you as the beautiful gardens and pool attract legions of mosquitoes. Great host. Beautiful place which could have been improved with the introduction of mosquito screens at doors and windows.

Close to the sea and shops, and a lovely little town. With lots to do.

Amazing. 5-Star.

The owner did and stil does great work. There are four, nicely decorated houses, capable to host up to four persons. They are located a few meters away from the main village, next to the old Kardamyli village. The sea shore is just 100 metres away. Its great for families an couples. The piscine is among the houses. All rooms are VERY CLEAN and the wifi is fast and free. What you sea at the photos is what you'll get.
