About to go back here for another visit - this has got to be the 6th or 7th time. The apartments are well located, just a short walk from the harbour, the supermarket and the local tavernas. The rooms are basic but always spotlessly clean and well appointed with everything you need for preparing breakfast, snacks & hot/cold drinks. The terrace is well sheltered and private and we appreciate the drying rack. It's always a pleasure to return. The family are very friendly & welcoming and nothing is too much trouble.

Have stayed here several times and always enjoy it. The apartments are comfortable and well equipped and there is always a friendly welcome from Yota and family. They are well equipped with kettle/toaster/coffee maker & various pans to use on the two rings should you want to cook!
Well positioned just a short distance from the harbour and the supermarket and right next door to the village grill.
As is often the case in Greece barking dogs can be a problem but the bedrooms are at the rear of the apartment whilst the dogs are towards the front but ear plugs help.
We will be back!

We have stayed in both an apartment and a villa, both very clean, well equipped with everything you need for a family holiday. There are some lovely private beaches in the area that are great for swimmers with no seeweed and gentle waves for children. The villas are out of the village about 30 mins walk, or the apartments are are in the village just 2 minutes from shops, cafes and restaurants. Stoupa is a 10 min drive away, which is much busier with a wider choice of bars and restaurants  A great place for a quite holiday with beautiful scenery, great walks and great swimming, this is somewhere that we will return to again and again.

This is the second time we have stayed in Ag Nikolaus at Skafidakia. The rooms are excellent with wonderful views across the country, village and sea. Appartments are very spacious. All rooms have good facilities. It is a half hour walk from the village and 10 minutes from the beach which we find quite acceptable. Yiota is an excellent host and will help with anything she can, and speaks good english

The only drawback is the constantly barking dog in the next field but Yiota can even have that removed

Yiota was an excellent host. The room was spotlessly clean and it was near to all amenities.  We had two small bedrooms and two shower rooms for an exceptionally good price.  Small area outside with chairs and table and umbrella.  Highly recommended.

Fantastically good value.

Long established business 3 minutes walk from the front and village centre.
The apartment consists of double bedroom, bathroom with shower and a kitchen with sofa and dining table. There is also a shady balcony on the ground floor apartment we rented.
Overall we had no complaints. It is a no frills room very clean and with sufficient space in both the bedroom and particularly the dining kitchen.  Kitchen is well equipped with small cooker, refrigerator and full range of equipment, forks, knifes etc.  Bathroom was very small and because there was no shower basin it meant the room was obviously wet after taking a shower but this didn’t detract from a pleasant overnight stay.
