Anemismata Appartments

We ended up at Anemismata by chance after our ferry was cancelled and we felt that we had really landed on our feet! Miranda picked us up from the port and had so many recommendations for us that instead of staying on Tinos for a couple of days as we had planned, we ended up being there for almost 2 weeks! Her tips were truly invaluable, her enthusiasm and love for the island shine through. The apartments are very tastefully designed, with stone floors and white walls in typical Greek style. There are some cats around but if you are allergic like me then ignoring them works well. There are also some cooking facilities, a table and chairs outside on the terrace, air con if you want it... But the best thing is the view. You can see the whole town, the sea and the nearby islands in the distance. It's a 10-minute walk into town, and if you want to hire a car to explore the rest of the island then Miranda can help. All this for a very good price... I cannot recommend this place highly enough!
