A veri nice location with perfect distances to the restaurants, tavernas and beaches. There are two buildinds, one groundfloor  only near the swimming pool with studios and the second with two floors in the back courtyard. The location offer good conditions for the requested prices. The terrace and the bar offer the oportunity to have breackfast, diferent kind of drinks, food and sweets. Certaintainly the staff was very polite and helpful for the guests who want to  discover the area. The Queen Boats are available for renting at special prices for the people who are staying in the location. With the boat you can discover Diaporos island and the nearest beaches as Talgo, Lagonissi etc

A good location with corect prices

Great pool, fantastic service with friendly and attentive staff, excellent location and good food and drinks. The room was cleaned every day and so was the hallway. The housekeeper greeted us with a smile every day and catered to all our requests, the same goes for the food and beverage service as well as the reception. We are coming back in September

Thia is The best place for a family holiday! Nice garden, nice pool, excelent staff, clean rooms, good meals, best coffee!

Rooms are cleaned every single day, the private beach is at 20m - 30m away and the breakfast is super.

The best Cezar Salad in whole Greece, amazing commodation, clean pool and excellent personel. Cool environment,beach is a minut away which is amazing. On weekends they have acoustic band playing in the restaurant so that covers evening entertainment. 5 stars rating and see you next year!

We had a marvelous holiday in Villa Vasiliadi. Excellent location. Amazing place with nice owner and staff. 
We had a perfect apartment with large balcony with sea view. Balcony door is equipped with an anti-mosquito tent. Comfortable rooms. Good mattresses and pillows. Strong WI-FI. Spotlessly clean.  Every day cleaning service and sheets and towel changing. The staff of the villa was just great! Thanks a lot to Boyka and Valeri! 
The kitchen has everything you need. One minute walk to the beach. Supermarket, good restaurants and bus stop next to it. Big garden, big swimming pool, cafe and barbecue facilities. Free private parking. Paris and Gousto are very good taverns near by.

Amazing place with nice owner and staff

Great Thanks to our nice houst Stella, her brother Sergios and all staff !  We completely can repeat good words written  by  forewritters.  Spending there 4 nights, we were living at the first flour, but “overlooking parking” didn`t confuse us, as all day long we were out and only one evening enjoy tea at the our balcony,  looking throw the gap amid front buildings  at the piece of the sea and our “sweety” (rented car, that had done it`s best while our trip) . Not a lot, but some mosquitos were looking for a fresh blood, so we didn`t stay there for a long. Balcony door is equipped with an anti-mosquito tent, and still  you don`t forget use it  with some attention – it helps. Furniture is new as a fresh repair. Small “kitchen” (part of the studio room) in principle,  have all You need (though we didn`t use utensil , except plates and spoones). If only lack of good knife. Fridge worked well, hot water in shower all the time and not need for a long waiting. If you like to spend time not at the beach, but at the territory – there is a space enough for playing badminton or where for children to run out.  Quite a big pool (thought we didn`t see somebody to swim, maybe we were in September, when the heat is out). At the territory there is a small eco shop,  and a bar with home made pastries, ice cream etc. Maybe only partly negative point -  for the people need a deep relaxation - sometimes it might be noisy – especially at the mornings – because of the children (as it`s mainly a place for a families). Location is perfect – at the very centre of Vourvorou.  5 min takes to walk - for a famous “Paris”, 7 for a “Gorgona” -  restaurants at the beach, and some 3 min for “Edra” (we were eating at Paris and Edra – prices and quality approx. the same, but from Paris there is a  view !  Place besides the restaurants  isn`t the best for swimming (there is boat parking ), but enjoy sunset – for sure ! In some 15 min walking you can reach Karidi beaches (usually overcrowded, but perfect for small children), and some 20-25 Fava beaches (it`s worth to spend a time there ! ) With a car it spent some 10 (while you find where to park). Finally, we get printed our registration tickets for the flight, and were allowed to stay extra 3 hours (it was sufficient time for a last swim, taking shower etc) . We think that price/quality ratio at Vasiliadis Villa is the best in Vourvorou, as hosts themselves !

2016 September

This property has a great potential, owner and staff are really nice. It is just a minute from the little "wild" beach (bring your own towels, beach chairs and sun umbrella). The grounds are well kept, the barbique area is just fine, kids enjoyed swimming pool, but... As many other properties it lacks a good mattresses and pillows. My main point on vacation is that you spend very little time in the room, so I don't mind if it is small as long as it is clean, but I do care about quality of sleep. Also note if you are on the ground floor your balcony overlooks a parking lot. And this is a true place for families.

Missing small staff to be a great place

We stayed in the big vila,at the top floor.The furniture is a little old,but the cleaning was made daily.Be sure to eat at Edra,is one door down from Vasiliadis.Best meals ever ! Too bad that in the last two nights a group of polish came and ruined our sleep,beeing drunk and making very much noise.
