Two week stay no towel or bedding change no bins emptied or floors seeped owners do. I thing and expect you to buy bins for bathroom and clean yourself absolute worst place I ever stayed and I go twice a year to Corfu so don’t expect much but the basics at the even here like running water or clean bathroom as ours had raw sewage leaking from toilet and backing up from drains this place needs shutting down and a cost by a health inspector I will pay for him to stay there and bet he doesn’t last a day look at my pictures I am not the type of person to complain or write a review as you see people Mia I get about grout in tiles ect and being a building inspector myself I can say most peoples grout is t perfect in bathrooms but when you are left in a discusting filthy place which is not fit for habbitation this clearly needs to be looked at the bar has been shut for three years yet it’s still advertised as serving food not that you’d want any from here we were all sick after drainage problem there’s no roof on bar and windows broke with dangerous glass hanging out and tiles on roof hanging off an accident waiting to happen ow era don’t speak English and good look getting a refund for aircon that cost 280 euros and did t work as they act like you from another planner when you ask for it and then get glared at and made to feel uncomfortable seriously someone needs to shut this place down what with covid going on and the place not cleaned I’m sure even Greece has standards that need to be met for them to be open builders yard ten feet from pool farmyard on site with donkey waking you up to very morning chickens goats the lot savage dog that barks at you all day left round pool so you do t use it cellar door left ope. So kids can fall down it a health and safety nightmare

Very basic to far from strip furniture falling  to peaces very over priced for what it is wouldn't recommend waste of money you get your clothes  underwear cet thombled  with my by owner  in laundry room €5 additional  price think for what we paid it should be included in the price .....

Run down

This was a last-minute, budget short break so I wasn't expecting anything grand but I was pleasantly surprised by this accommodation. Maria and her parents work all hours running the place and are very kind and helpful, you can ask them anything and nothing is too much trouble for them. My studio apartment was spacious and comfortable - the decor a little dated perhaps, but it was clean and well equipped. A decent kitchen area with table and chairs, a small oven, two hobs, kettle and good sized fridge so perfectly adequate for snacks and simple meals. There are well stocked supermarkets just a few hundred metres away and everyone I met spoke English so it was easy to find the things I needed. The main town and beach are some distance away, 20 - 25 minutes walk, but well worth it for the lovely shops, bars and restaurants and long stretch of sand. Or Maria would arrange a taxi for you if preferred. The Loula has a bar area and can provide simple snacks, the large pool is very clean with lots of sunbeds so is lovely if you want to spend hours relaxing in the sun. I would happily recommend staying here to anyone looking for a simple holiday.  

Very pleasant stay

I have just spent a week at these apartments which I didn't book personally, we had two separate apartments which were basic and clean so didn't have a problem with them and we were greeted by maria who with her family are friendly so not complaints there. unfortunately it is like being on a farm and very run down, the pool is to deep to swim in if your not a confident swimmer, the bar area is not appealing place to have a drink in, they give you a code for WIFI but none of us could get it to work,  there is a family that lives next to it with the kids running about, it is about 30 min walk to the strip and we were all bitten alive by mosquito's so if you do stay take precaution, the place could be lovely as the views with the fields is beautiful it is just very run down and I don't think value for money what we paid.

Been back from loula’s a few days now. Everything was just right, my apartment was clean and the pool area (where I spent most of my time) was just right. Nice deep pool good for a swim. Loula, Yainis and Maria are amazing and can’t do enough for you! Yainis even drove me late at night for gyros. Maria’s always smiling!! Everything was perfect and I came home with 3 more friends, loula, Yainis and Maria. I will definitely book Loula’s again. My only problem with this place is that I didn’t book long enough. No complaints at all

Perfect

We have just returned after a week at the loula apartments and had an amazing stay. Loula,yainis and Maria all made us feel extremely welcome and part of the family. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable with three balcony's too. Pool area was inculcate and well maintained. We will definitely be returning. Thanks so much for a lovely stay. Perfect place to stay

We have spent 10 days at the Loula Apartments.
Yes they are basic but they are clean and comfortable.
On arrival Maria was extremely helpful. She helped with our luggage and had put water in the fridge so that we could have a cold drink.
We had fresh sheets and towels twice during our stay.
The family that own these apartments are so helpful and friendly nothing is too much trouble.
The apartments are located about a 20 minute walk from the centre of Sidari. There are lots of bars and restaurants on the way. 
The supermarket is just a 5 minute walk.
We spent a few days days around the pool and there is a pool bar that serves cold drinks and a pool table if you want to spend some time in the shade.
If you are looking for s relaxing family holiday and you don’t mind the walk then these apartments are perfect.

Lovely holiday

Maria and her Mum and Dad made us feel very welcome. The apartments are basic, but they don't pretend to be anything else. We really enjoyed our stay and were not at all troubled by any noise from the family.The pool is very well maintained and the bar prices are very reasonable. The beach is 20mins walk or a 5 euro taxi ride away. There were 7 in our party and we stayed for 10 nights, and we all agreed that we would love to return next year.

Very friendly and relaxing holiday

We booked an 11 night stay here just 2 days before going.  We were given 2 very basic studios (I worked on Corfu 25 years ago and these rooms would have been basic even then). In 4 days our sheets were STRAIGHTENED once. We were put in the furthest block from the entrance and it was adjoining the owners son, daughter-in-law and small children.  She did nothing but talk loudly on her phone all day and night or shout at the kids.....and then they would be up at 5am to feed the chickens, donkey, dog that all lived outside our door and hang out their washing all over the place.  Steptoe and son lived better!! It may sound "cute" to have those animals around but it really isn't, even for us as animal lovers.  If I wanted a farm holiday I would have booked one.  We spent £750, just for the 2 rooms, and left after 4 nights and paid for somewhere else.  Pool bar/food:- drinks are served from the owners domestic fridge, her home is attached to the bar, because they don't carry enough stock to be worth having the bar fridges turned on probably, pool beds are amazingly uncomfortable and are based on scrub grass with nice little garden spiders running around, no food was seen being served, no tvs in either of our rooms (which was certainly not a problem, BUT they were advertised as included), air con looked like it was going to fall off the wall and I certainly wasn't giving them even more of my money to use it. Wasps and flies everywhere because of the home brew that their son was making. There seems to be 2 very different types of accommodation here.....just watch out for which one you get.......or just book somewhere else.  When we moved we paid EXACTLY the same money per night for almost brand new apartments that came with free air-con, a laptop in each apartment for you to use and was even closer to the main strip without being too close to the noise. Immaculate pool and pool furniture.  This isn't a case of you get what you pay for and it's our fault for trying to book cheap, both cost the same per night.  Basically...DON'T BOTHER WASTING YOUR HOLIDAY HERE.

Watch out for which building they put you in :-(

enjoyed our stay at loola apartments once again. its always surprises us on how loola yannis and maria can  make you very welcome and helpful in making your stay welcome. have been a few times to sidari and after trying other apartments we found loola as one off the better ones. very clean and well looked after very clean pool  short stroll to the centre 10 minute walk which is ok by us as it gets you away from the noise off the clubs.
its only 5 euro by taxi
