Last minute decision to have a holiday. Little available on a budget and found Camping Paleokastritsa . Arrived and was met by lovely reception staff that stayed consistent throughout the duration of the holiday. Basic site clean and friendly. Walk to central Paleokastritsa 35 mins to the Monastery and furthest beaches 50 minutes. Road not family friendly very busy at times. Restaurants ok typical Greek fayre. Noticed prices have risen so standard main 14-16 euro. Overall good week but would choose Kefalonia for accessibility and locations. Scenery stunning on walk to village above Paleokastritsa . Great hosts thank you To hot without Air con only negative but we knew that before travelling
