We stayed at Fereniki for 21 nights. The studio was clean, spacious and comfortable. Towels and linen were changed regularly. Ample storage space and comfortable beds.
All the studios appeared to have a good sized balcony, in addition ours also had  a side terrace with table and chairs. There is a large garden with a seating area which is pleasant to relax in an evening. The Wi-Fi was good throughout the grounds.
The owner, Eleni, is very helpful she let us check-in early and check-out late which we really appreciated. 
The studios are only a few hundred metres from the sandy beach and 2km from Myrina. The walk to Myrina takes less than 30 minutes. There is a mini-market around the corner and a supermarket in the village around 500 metres away.

Highly Recommended

We stayed at Fereniki studios for 10 nights and we do recommend this place for a quite and peaceful vacay close to the beach. Our room was clean, well organized and offered nice views to the sea. The owner is nice and friendly and so is the housekeeping lady. Had it been less expensive, I would have rated it 5/5. For the price we payed, a swimming pool would be nice!

FANTASTIC!!

The room was very clean and spacious. The lady at the reception (and owner) was extremely kind and helpful. She gave us instructions and suggestions about the island and answered to all of our requests.
I recommend it for sure!

Really nice rooms, very kind owner!

We went  1-6-14 for 5 days.....  very nice rooms...clean, sunny,,beautiful view to the sea....4 km from Myrina kai 200m from the beach....perfect for children beacause they have big yard..beautiful garden..for playing....The lady there,Eleni  she was very polite,hospitable, there was everything perfect....
