I’m so glad we stayed at Fantasy Rooms, I cannot fault it and will definitely be going back! 
The hosts Antonia and Michele are so kind and welcoming. Michele picked us up from the port as soon as our boat arrived, he also dropped us off when we left. They are very accommodating and make you feel at home! 
We were confused on how to operate the shower (completely our fault as we were using the wrong tap!) and Michele came over within 1 minute to help. 
You can tell they have put a lot of care and love into the apartments, they are very well designed and have everything you need. Toastie maker was so useful and we used many times! 
The garden and pool area is so relaxing, a great place to refresh after a busy day of exploring the island.
The town of Adamas is only 10 minutes (flat) walk so very easy to get about.

I cannot recommend this place enough! 

Beautiful, idyllic, quiet location (just 10 min flat walk to Adamas centre). 

The owners were so kind, helpful and warm! We were picked up & dropped off for free by the ferry port which was also great. 

The room was very big with a good kitchen space (fridge and toastie maker!). Bed was super comfortable. Also really enjoyed the stone artwork (made by one of the owners) around the room and poolside.

The pool is quiet and relaxing and there is a little bar next to the pool to enjoy a beer or 2.

Perfect stay in Milos

Ooft, what a bonnie wee gaff. Antonia, yer hospitality was pure braw. Michelle, yer truly a man of honour. Wid recommend tae aw ma pals! 10/10 experience. Cheers fae the Scottish Lassies. A milos gem, not to be missed. ❤️

We stayed at Fantasy Rooms for 4 nights and could not have been happier with the experience. The family that runs this accommodation really has a passion for their business. 
Antonia the owner was very welcoming and responsive to our needs. 
Her young son gave us a fantastic briefing on the sights and locations of the whole island, accompanied with a map. 
Her husband Michele beautifully decorates the rooms with hand made decorations and each room has it's own personality.
The bed was very comfortable.
The bathroom was new and had a great shower. 
There is WiFi, fridge and air-conditioning.
Each room has a terrace/porch overlooking the beautiful garden.
There were chickens, cats and puppies around the property (all are adorable).
It's true that it is an 8 minute walk to the main street/Port but it is worth it to be away from the noise.
(We stayed in the city center in Paros and definitely preferred the relaxed country vibe of Fantasy/Milos)

Milos is now one of our favorite places in the world. When we return we will definitely go back to Fantasy Rooms. We truly loved our stay.

Picture perfect accommodation at the beautiful Milos.

We booked directly with Antonia and she was very nice. I asked her to give us the best room according to pictures the rooms were nice , clean and bathrooms were quite nice. However when we arrived and were given the room it has nothing to do with the reality. The bathroom is not nice and not renovated. All was clean but it was simply not what we saw in the different websites.
Our room was looking to the family house and not to the back as we expected. The next morning we decided to leave and we informed them. Their reaction was very bad and we even offered to pay according to cancellation policy. We were told off in front of other guests. This was very sad and disappointing :(.
The day before they were super nice with us and helped to get a car and adviced us about our boat tour.
Just please, show rooms how they really are and clients are always right if they don't get what they ask for.

Dissapointed

Nice rooms , simple but elegantly decorated with island decor. What impressed us the most was how clean everything was ! Very good for the price for the room . The hotel is very close to Adamas but I think you need a car to get around . 

Decent choice 

We spent 6 nights from July 18 to July 24. Michele picked us up at the port and drove us back when we were leaving, which was very nice of him. We had some trouble with our aircondition, but they were so helpful and apologetic and tried to fix it right away. When the aircondition got fixed, nothing could be better. Our room was on the 2nd floor, overlooking Adamas, a beautiful view. Only 8-10 minute walk to the center of Adamas and we did not have to walk by the main road. There is a small road without traffic that leads to the center of Adamas. The area was perfect for us because we didn't want to stay in the city center. This was a very quiet area, perfect to enjoy the nights at the balcony. We also rented a quad for the week we spent there, which is a must! With the quad we got to see a lot of fantastic beaches which was out of walking distance and other parts of the island. So we definitely recommend renting a quad or a scooter. 

Michele and Antonia were such great hosts, always there if we had any questions or if we needed any help with the room. Michele even drove us to the beach before we rented a quad. Very nice, polite people!

We would definitely come back to fantasy rooms and we will definitely come back to explore more of the island. Milos is a calm, quiet and beautiful island. Perfect for couples.

Perfect stay!

We spent a week at this lovely hotel in June. Our room was very clean and beautifully decorated. We had excellent service and the people working there were more than happy to help us with information about this island. A great time and we will definitely be back. Thanks, Antonia!

Excellent stay

We did reserve a room for 2 nights in August 16 and 17 of 2017. After speaking with the wife Antonia all seemed ok. In the night we received an email that comfirmed the room for four nights to Silvia: i am Carlo ! I did Phone to the  owner Michele ( italian man from Rome )  and he told us " i am sorry but Silvia after you did reserve four nifhts so we cancelled your reservarion wiyh mo notice at all" . We are from Italy too but this is a tipical italian uncorrect behavior.
Never again.Greek people are much more  honest.

Cancelled reservation with no notice !!!

Firstly, the property is a bit difficult to find. My paperwork told me it was close to the port but we struggled to find it. The hosts are willing to pick you up from the port so I strongly suggest you contact them before you get there to organise it. Once you're there and not carting luggage around, it's a nice quiet location to stay. There is no pool but there are heaps of beaches with easy access to the sea. Antonia the hostess is totally bonkers (in a nice way) and so helpful. She gave us such a good laugh. Also a good place to stay if you are an animal lover-regularly opened front door to find a dog and 2 cats on porch 😘. The area down by the port is nice to sit and people watch. There are a few upmarket cocktail bars but our favourite joint was a place called Millors. All in all, we had a great stay and would happily return to Fantasy.
